GoogleReally appreciated the efforts Lucy went to in getting me a viewing. Ideally I'd have liked to have had confirmation re moving date a little sooner but I suspect that was partly due to a combination of there being a pandemic and it being the holiday season!

GoogleThey refused me a tenancy on the basis of bankruptcy. I am and have never been, bankrupt. They would not provide evidence of this claim and refused to refund the holding fee I had placed on a house of interest. Do not use this estate agents. Very shady.

GoogleI have used Oakfield's in Hastings for the past 10 years to let my Flat. I have always found them to be the epitome of professionalism. They always return phone calls and make you feel as though you are the only Landlord they are working for. Most recently, when the Flat came back on the market and Oakfield's were informed of the departure of the current tenant, the team lead by Charlotte Wilkinson moved quickly and efficiently to find me another Tenant. A flawless experience every time!
