Not being aware of each step through the process is why I have only rated a four star . On occasions I felt I was a hinderence by calling to push the final stages . Overall the team are friendly but lack of communication was frustrating compared to other parties.

I used oak field to buy my next home this time being a family we had to make sure it was the right decision. Excellent service from start to finish, dealt a lot with Tony who was great, promised me he could sell my flat and he did. After nearly giving up we gave Oakfield a go and it changed our lives really. The only problem was I was quoted £1650 and charged £1800 but at that point we just wanted to get over the line! Always someone available to speak to and help with and even when our buyers pulled out, Oakfield were there again getting people in to view the flat straight away and we sold not long after.

From the moment I walked into the door at the Oakfield Estate Agents in Bexhill it was quite clear that I was going to enjoy my experience.
