We have used Oakfield as managing agents when renting out our mother's flat as well as sales agents recently when we sold the property. They were always very professional and friendly and they responded quickly to any questions we had. She has answered every call I've made which has been quite a few as I kept having questions then due to my chemo brain I needed help with the forms. My partner and I have been looking for a place in Hastings where we can live together for with my partner's son for some time now. Oakfield are highly professional but friendly which is important for the landlord and the tenants too. Gemma kept me informed throughout the process of marketing the property and finding a suitable tenant. A smooth and rapid process, I am very impressed.
