GoogleWe have used Oakfield for 6 years now to oversee various things neither regards to our rental property and have always been impressed - all the staff are helpful and friendly - Alexandra has just sorted out a contract renewal for us and has been outstanding with her communication and super efficiency - always recommend Oakfield to friends for all services 😀

Googlei am a professional accredited landlord and fully certificated licensed managing agent i require a high level of competency as the reputation of my own company and indeed its success is at risk if staff get it wrong i use Oakfield for tenant find services and to start the initial tenancy the previous manager Alison and the current manager Gemma i have always found to be polite courteous efficient knowledgeable and helpful they have an excellent reputation as they will not take on non compliant landlords or provide unchecked tenants the main part of a good tenancy is getting the right tenant with accurate referencing and the perfect match for our requirements all the recommendations have been a success with no debts or problems within the properties we work as a team to keep each other up to speed and to resolve any issues they are not cheap, their fees are reasonable and fully transparent they are legally compliant and have all the correct adherence to the requirements for their own registration something all landlords need to be aware of and prioritising with licencing, civil penalties and rent repayment orders

GoogleOakfield boast they can find tenants quickly, but they just find bad ones quickly. Then they're incapable of resolving the problems this causes. Why not just put some effort and skill into finding good tenants in the first place? Not impressed.

GoogleMy landlady wanted to increase the rent recently and even though nobody welcomes such news, it was handled professionally and courteously by Larn at Oakfield. The process was completed quickly and easily online.

GoogleAbsolutely disappointing. The company looking after landlords only. Second time i face this with this awful company. I have been told by them to fix problem inside my house and send them all over and invoices. I did, one year nothing back, keep sending email and calling them. Nothing. They dont keep any of words they do tell you. If anyone of management can get this done. Please let me know. If not, i will take you to court as i am fed up of you.

Lucy may just be the hardest working estate agent on the South Coast of England! Thanks so much for introducing us to our wonderful apartment in St. Leonards-On-Sea, with Hastings town centre a short walk away, and St. Leonards Warrior Square station a short walk away, perfect location for us as a professional couple!

GoogleJust the immediate response was something to highly recommend this agency. I spoke initially with Lewis, who was receptive, well informed about the property in question and informative. My enquiry was dealt with quickly and allowed necessary and important information to be exchanged promptly. Lewis' colleague, whom I spoke with briefly was also welcoming and friendly.
