GoogleThis is the Second house we have sold with Nicol and Co in15 months. the fact that we went back to them should speak volumes. my wife and i were treated professionally, and at the same time members of the staff that we had dealt with previously remembered things about our family and were interested in what we had been doing. Communication is so important and it appeared that everyone in the office is aware of your situation and are all able to help. This makes for a very easy way of keeping up to date with what is going on. To single out one member of staff without doing an injustice to any others would be to say Robyn's happy can do attitude is brilliant and very good at putting you at ease. If you find moving house a bit of a maze and quite stressful go to Nicols and Co, If we were staying in the area they would again be my first port of call.

GoogleI have just sold my house through Nicol and Co. The whole team from valuation to final sale has been really smooth. Moving house tends to be stressful but this was definately not. Shout outs must go to Molly Maguire who did my valuation, Tom Riley for the brochure, and a huge thank you to Alice Bennett who kept me informed regarding the sale and didn't laugh at my stupid questions!

GoogleEveryone I have spoken to at Nicole&co Droitwich have all been very friendly, helpful, have a good sense of humour and above all patient! Our particular house move has been long and stressful (due to other factors not Nicole&Co) and they have always tried to make the process as pain free as possible. The team members I have had dealings with always remember who I am and my back story, which has helped immensely. Thank you to Dan, Millie and Niamh who I have spoken to on the phone and to Barry and Jayne we met on viewings. A special thank you to Chloe who has helped us through the final stages of our purchase. Apologies if I’ve missed anyone, you are all a credit to your profession. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleWorst experience I have had with an agency all my life. I booked an appointment at 15:00, the train was cancelled and I called to say I'll make it at 15:20. They assured me someone will come back to me if anything changes. Went at the property. No one was there. Called twice, the first lady reassured me she will ask someone to call me back. The second time the gentleman said that they close at 15:30 and he wasn't sure why no one had come back to me to say anything. I waited for 20 min outside. It is -4° and no one was that professional to give a call back to a potential client. If there was a 0 star choice, I would have chosen that instead of 1.

GoogleCannot recommend Nicol and co highly enough.!Superb agents!..From initial valuations to the high standard of marketing ,through to completion !..Exceptional !.. a breath of fresh air in a world where customer service is lacking in so many businesses.We dealt with the Droitwich branch but seems the positive company culture is the same throughout. Particular mentions for great service from Kelly during valuation , Niamh and Millie throughout marketing were awesome and for the superb communications from Chloe who oversaw the complicated buying /selling process and took away the stress.Thanks Chloe for the great service!…You are all stars!..Cannot praise you all highly enough .Never had to chase responses ,always kept in the loop .Congratulations to Nicol and their whole team for delivering such a professional service !….Anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Worcestershire I would urge you to use Nicol and Co ..you won’t regret it !..

GoogleI can't fault Nicol and Co for the levels of service and how much effort they put in to make sure our sale and purchase went as smoothly as possible. Ensured we were well informed and understood all aspects of our puorchase, especially during particularly challenging periods. Chloe's energy and positivity kept us going and we can not thank her and the rest of the Droitwich branch enough. Will be returning if ever moving again.

GoogleWe were lucky enough that the house we purchased was being sold with Nicol & Co. They have been great from start to finish. Viewing times were flexible and they were able to fit us in around work time. Once our offer was accepted we were kept up to date weekly with phone calls, meaning we always knew what was going on. They were accommodating for a second viewing fitting us in on a Saturday. Chloe was brilliant, chasing everything up for us and keeping in touch with both sets of solicitors and us! We managed to get our purchase done within 7 weeks and we were gifted a lovely moving in box with all the essentials, which was a lovely touch. Thank you Nicol & Co!

GoogleA couple of years ago we had the pleasure of meeting Alice when she showed us around a property we were considering in buying.She was very friendly and presentable and came across as being very professional .Her genuine interest in her job impressed us so much it led us to have no hesitation in choosing Nicol and Co when we decided to place our property on the market. Our valuation was carried out by Mia whose friendly enthusiasm for her job and exceptional knowledge of the local housing situation at that time was very impressive. Throughout the next few days i had plenty of communication from both the girls with regards to booking viewings etc.You are quickly kept up to date with constructive feedback.Whoever you speak to in the Worcester office it leaves you with the feeling that they are being fully supportive to you throughout the process, which can be a very stressful time . Due to this genuine positive confidence we now had in the company we both decided to start viewing properties to purchase on there website.If you are lucky enough to get Jackie showing you around you will be equally impressed with the knowledge she will have gleaned about the property and area. Alice dealt with both our sale and purchase keeping us totally informed along the way. She and her company have been excellent and i fully recommend them.
