I needed to source accommodation for a new colleague at very short notice. Having been let down by one agent, I turned to Nicol & Co and received a brilliant service from start to finish.
I dealt with Benito, and despite setting him the challenge of getting the tenant into the flat within a few days, he pulled out all the stops to make sure it happened. He was always at the end of the phone or email if I had any queries, and did everything possible to get the application and paperwork through as quickly as possible.
I was so impressed by the quality and speed of the service that I've now asked Nicol & Co to help me with my own rental needs and look forward to working with Benito and the team again.

Unhappy with way that we were in a bidding round. Bid the highest, offered property and then had it withdrawn as we were not a cash buyer and agent was holding inaccurate information on us. There was no mention of other criteria being used until this point. Believe we were artificially used to up the price. If dealing with this agent make sure the terms of the bid process are given to you in writing.

When two or more parties are interested in the same property someone has to be unsuccessful as you were in this case. Whilst this is unfortunate it is also inevitable that someone ends up disappointed
We always ensure that we ask at the earliest possible stage the method being used to purchase a property whether cash or mortgage.
We would normally collect this information at the time you make your initial offer and. our notes do state that you were a cash buyer.
When the best and final offers were put forward it was on the basis that both interested parties were able to proceed without a mortgage.
When it became clear that this was not the case we were duty bound to report this information to the vendor and this made a significant difference to the decision making process. Ultimately this meant that you were unsuccessful on this occasion.
The comment you make about being used to "up the price" is untrue and without foundation and something we fully refute in the strongest possible terms
If you would like to discuss the matter further please do not hesitate in contacting us.

That's what Karen went for me when selling my house.
I was on with another agent who weren't getting the job done. Decided to give Nicol a go, and so glad I did - they sold it.
Karen ensured the process went smoothly, dealing with any issues quickly & efficiently.
I was then in a position to buy another property, Karen & Paul kept me up-dated with any new properties they had, ensuring I had early viewings., and quite a lot of late viewings as well - Karen accompanied me long after her day should have finished.!
Nicol were selling the property I bought, again all phone calls, e-mails etc were answered quickly, Karen navigated the transaction in a very professional manner, from the time we offered to the time we moved in was 3 weeks !
I would have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again.

From the initial valuation through to the completion of sale I can't fault this company! Karen came out to do our valuation which turned out to be higher than other local agents I had round. She clearly knows her stuff and the current market as our property sold for the full asking price, much to our delight.. We did have a point when we lost our buyer due to complications further down the chain however within 5 hours they found a new buyer (from their books) which enabled us not to loose the purchase of the house we wanted. All the staff are very approachable. Nothing was ever too much trouble and all the staff knew what was going on in the chain. This helped when popping in as I didn't have to wait to see a particular member of the team. This team know the property market very well in the area and gave excellent advice throughout.! We would highly recommend Droitwich Nicol and Co and already have done to friends.
