They have succeeded my expectations such as when informing me of any issues to be addressed, they have not only provided quotes of how much it would cost, which has always been reasonable, but have dealt with the suppliers on my behalf! Nicol and Co are the agents I use to manage a property I rent out. Their main strength is their staff who have always been friendly, polite and very efficient. Although we may not communicate often, whenever my tenants have a query or problem, I am kept fully informed and the staff at Nicol and Co are quick to resolve the issue. I couldn't fault the service they give me and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nicol and Co to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a property.

I was kept updated through each phase, Nicol and Co helped me negotiate the sale of the property and I felt they always had my bets interests in mind. When I came across any obstacles that held up the sale, Nicol and Co exceeded my expectation and worked with my solicitors to process the sales. All the staff were approachable and welcoming. I felt I was given a personalised service and would highly recommended Nicol and Co to friends and family.

We dealt with several of the staff based at Nicol & Co during the sales process, but once we had secured a buyer, it was Leanne that guided us to a successful and speedy completion. We found all of the staff to be extremely professional, and they were always very polite and friendly, during any dealings we had with them. Was looking to buy a BTL property, Nicol had a house for sale which I was interested in. From the first phone to arrange a viewing they provided a warm & friendly service. They accommodated my requested at short notice. The person attending was on time, knowledgeable & courteous. An offer was made. All dealings with Nicol were good, not just a 1 off. Communication to/from them to solicitors & to myself were excellent. They are a well oiled organisation. Main contact (Nathan) was always keen to help and ensured the process kept moving forward. until satisfactory conclusion. Would recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell a property.

After being on the market with a different agent for numerous months we decided to take the plunge and change Estate agents, this was the best thing we did, Dominique was positive and confident in her ability and she has done an amazing job finding us buyers almost straight away. Communication was consistent, we always had feedback and her honest approach was a breath of fresh air. I was also looking to purchase a property she has been head and shoulders above the rest, finding me a property and keeping me informed of new properties coming to the market that were suitable.

From the initial valuation we have been very impressed with Karen and the Nicol's team. Karen was extremely professional and knowledgable when she came to value our home and although we delayed a decision to put our house on the market when we did our instinct was to put it up with Nicol's. We were delighted with the marketing of our property and an extremely quick sale and have felt very reassured during the process so far. Karen has been very positive and we have been impressed by her dedicated attitude.

Excellent helpful service. From the initial meeting/valuation with Karen Smith we have received nothing but excellent & attentive service from the team at Droitwich. The team have clearly gone beyond the call of duty to assist us in the process of selling. Finally we must add that we have never before received an "above the asking price" offer within 2 days of agreeing to proceed with an estate agent. We would certainly recommend Nicol & Co to any one thinking .of buying or selling
