The Trusted AgentHouse purchase
Having recently purchased a property through Nicol and Co I have been pleased with many aspects of their service. For example, I received excellent assistance from Leanne in chasing all parties involved to help secure a prompt completion. My reservations are more to do with the transparency of the sale, for example I received no written details of my offers or the acceptance of a revised offer.
Overall I was left with a sense some parts of the business tried hard but unforuntately on this occasion something just spoilt the result each time. Nothing summed this up better than when I collected the key. I was given a lovely gift box, but upon opening it found it addressed to another family, a nice gesture but just not getting it quite right!
That said, I have only purchased one other property and service was better from Nicol and Co, hence the four stars. I'm not sure what that says, perhaps it may just be an industry standard..

The Trusted AgentDisappointing
Six months ago I found a house to rent that was marketed by nicol&co. I informed the letting department that I would like to rent the house however they just never called me back. Despite chasing the agent no response.
Six months later new search. Despite my better judgement I called this agent about one of their properties. I was told the same member of staff in lettings would call me back with info. My heart sank when I heard the staff members name. Guess what true to form no contact made!! How do they ever let a property I wonder!!

The Trusted AgentExcellent Member of staff
Following an comprehensive introduction on what we required when we visited the office for sales we met Nick where we booked a number of viewings. We were met by Nick that afternoon who briefed us fully on each on the properties we were viewing. Impressive knowledge of each property which was helpful for us in lots of ways. He gave us time to think and were not rushed in anyway. Many thanks Nick you are a true ambassador for your employer. Well done.

The Trusted Agentperfect sale of property by Nicol & Co Droitwich
Property was on sale for over 12 months with another top agent,
We changed to Nicol & Co and sold within 6 months.
Leanne Fletcher dealt with the sale and was very professional and courteous.
Leanne kept me informed at every stage of the sale and contacted solicitors
( who were very slow ) to keep the process moving along.
More than happy with Leanne and Nicol & Co excellent association.
THANKS Trevor
