GooglePurchasing a new home after more than 50 years in the same property was a very daunting prospect but Lewis was so helpful and diligent that he made the whole process stress free. GoogleWell what can I say ? Nicholsons have been amazing right from the start of meeting Mark. His professionalism and marketing experience is one of a kind all images and video were of exceptional high quality. It could of been a more stressful time selling my late mum's house but all the team at Nicholsons made the process as smooth as possible. I can't thank Ash enough who was always there to help with any issues and so reassuring nothing was too much trouble to him. The WhatsApp group set up was an excellent communication service keeping me updated with viewings etc which were also carried out by Nicolsons Thankyou. GoogleWe recently chose Nicholsons to list our house, after less than a week it was sold & this is all thanks to the hard work & skills of the team. Every member of the team excelled at their role whether that be the marketing, negotiating or formalisation of the sale & although we are still quite early on in the completion process we have piece of mind thanks to their SecureSale. Nothing was too much trouble, they were always very contactable & willing to help in anyway they could. They even went above & beyond supporting us with the purchase of our new house by liaising directly with the developer. The staff & their knowledge at Nicholsons are a real asset to the company!

GoogleNicholsons have been amazing throughout our house buying journey. We dealt with other estate agents prior to Nicholsons and they were all very pressuring and trying to squeeze as much money out of us as possible (which I know ultimately is their job) but Nicholsons treated us with respect and kindness. We dealt closely with Graham and Luke and they were both extremely helpful answering any queries we had and they had great communication. I would highly recommend their services and I’m sure one day we will go through them again!

GoogleBought a house through Nicholsons and only have positive remarks for them. We did the viewing and all the purchase admin through the branch manager, Alex, who was well informed, helpful and professional throughout the whole thing (thank you Alex!). It was clear he cared for both us and his vendors and did what he could to make sure both sides were happy even when we had some trouble with survey results. When he wasn't in, there was always another team member who would pick up any emails etc. I think it says a lot about an estate agent when they manage to get multiple offers on a house in two days when it had previously been on the market for two months with another agent with no luck. I'd absolutely consider using Nicholsons if I were selling a house in the future. They really made an effort with us compared to other agents selling other properties we looked at.

GoogleWe bought a property with Nicholsons estate agents in fleet recently and despite not normally leaving reviews I wanted to share my experience as moving is a stressful process, having also sold a property with another agent in another area I have something to use as a direct comparison, as things progress you want to keep being updated which I found to be a constant problem generally speaking if i wanted to know about a latest update I needed to chase for information this is in relation to the other agent and solicitor, I dealt with Graham and Lewis and for the majority of the time the branch manager Alex Halfacre at Nicholsons estate agent, Alex gave me updates as he received them, answered any questions I had and was prompt in replying to emails and always polite and courteous, he also asked the other agent to chase our buyer more than once as things were stalling and it seemed as if they were dragging their heels, I hope I have moved for the last time but If I were to or if someone asked me to recommend a local agent I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Nicholsons estate agents in fleet, I want to thank Graham and Lewis for dealing with any queries I had if Alex wasn't available and to Alex for making a long winded process (because of issues at the other end) run more smoothly with his prompt and helpful service, thank you Nicholsons we did it you helped us achieve our goal we very much appreciate your help in making this happen thank you Kind regards Matt and Michele
