Looking for a new house is always stressful, but I have to say that Nicholsons Estate Agents were so helpful. First good point, they actually answer their phones. Secondly, they actually came back to me with information I had requested . I dealt with a chap called Jay, in the Retford office who was excellent and dis his company proud. Hi From start to finish Nicholsons have been amazing. They keep you informed and up to speed at all times and have answered anything we have needed to ask . Its might have a been stressful time selling my late father’s property but Nicholsons have been helpful and professional throughout. A special mention to Ash for all his help through this process. There are companies out there cheaper but I believe you get what you pay for and this is definitely the case with Nicholsons. The house sold within a week and they have guided us through the process excellently. A big thank you to all the team there at Nicholsons great job . What can I say ?!! I would highly recommend Mark and his team at Nicholson’s Estate Agents; my house sold subject to contract in TWO DAYS of promotion and before going on Rightmove. Mark’s professionalism and knowledge of the business is without question. He leaves you feeling encouraged and assured that your house will sell if marketed at the right price. In addition his admin team keep you in the loop and update you on a regular basis on how your sale is progressing. In my opinion they are a highly reputable company and go the extra mile for their clients. My house sale is now completed and took 12 weeks from start to finish. I would strongly advise anyone to take Mark’s advice when choosing a solicitor to act on your behalf.

Amazing Amazing Amazing, the whole team have been excellent from start to finish, realistic and balanced not over pricing in order to flatter our egos to get us to sign with them, and the images, YouTube tour, virtual tour, TikTok video were amazing, it made us fall back in love with our own property!! it took only 3 days from going live to get a viewing and that couple put in an almost asking price offer within 8 days of the property going live on the website. The constant flow of information from the whole team has been great, even when we've asked fairly simple questions. A huge thank you to Mark, Claire and Ash for 'holding our hands' through the process. Its a shame we can only give 5 Stars

From the sale of two houses and the assistance in managing the purchase of another in the chain Nicholsons have shown amazing professionalism, friendliness and efficiency in helping me navigate this stressful time. I sold the first property in a couple of weeks and then the second in about 11 hours and that didn't even hit rightmove as they already have a number of people who have registered their interest. Ash was stand out with his level of customer service and was available through consistent communication on WhatsApp throughout, chased the solicitors for us constantly when we were pushing for completion pre-Christmas. The extra services Nicholsons offer vs. Other local agents is on another level of professionalism, the quality of the listing they create for your house with their videography/drone equipment/photography etc is definitely worth it. 100% recommend! x

Nicholsons have been amazing from start to finish! One thing I really liked is that their fees are shown on their website, so no unexpected fees! After the initial valuation, my house was on the market within 3 days and sold within 2.5 weeks! Their marketing skills are like no other, from the drone photos to the walk through videos of your home. Your home is posted across many social media platform which really helps to get your home out there! Everything has been very simple and stress free, the use of a whatsapp group has been great to be kept constantly in the loop with progress. James, their mortgage advisor has also been amazing! I would highly reccommend Nicholson's to anyone looking to sell their home! 😊

Thank you to Mark and his team for a brilliant hassle free experience in selling my property. I had lived in my current home for over 35 years so was well out of touch and anxious about selling, but I need not had worried, Mark and his team talked me through the whole process every step of the way and handled everything. I certainly appreciated the open day viewings and would recommend, I just left my house to a very warm, friendly and professional lady who handled a full morning viewings and then secured my property as requested, even a second viewing was covered out of office hours, which was amazing and so reassuring.
