We can’t thank Nicholsons enough for helping us move into our next family home. Having tried to find a house for over two years we were thrilled when the perfect property came up in the area we were looking for. Unfortunately the move itself was not so smooth, however Richard was absolutely brilliant throughout and went over and above in getting the updates we needed to help move the process along! Thank you to Mark and his team for a brilliant hassle free experience in selling my property. I had lived in my current home for over 35 years so was well out of touch and anxious about selling, but I need not had worried, Mark and his team talked me through the whole process every step of the way and handled everything. I certainly appreciated the open day viewings and would recommend, I just left my house to a very warm, friendly and professional lady who handled a full morning viewings and then secured my property as requested, even a second viewing was covered out of office hours, which was amazing and so reassuring. I was kept informed and updated at all times even when there was nothing to report, it was just reassuring to know everything was all progressing as it should be. Genuinely i cannot recommend Mark enough and would certainly use again. Thank you

Well what can I say ? Nicholsons have been amazing right from the start of meeting Mark. His professionalism and marketing experience is one of a kind all images and video were of exceptional high quality. It could of been a more stressful time selling my late mum's house but all the team at Nicholsons made the process as smooth as possible. I can't thank Ash enough who was always there to help with any issues and so reassuring nothing was too much trouble to him. The WhatsApp group set up was an excellent communication service keeping me updated with viewings etc which were also carried out by Nicolsons Thankyou. We recently chose Nicholsons to list our house, after less than a week it was sold & this is all thanks to the hard work & skills of the team. Every member of the team excelled at their role whether that be the marketing, negotiating or formalisation of the sale & although we are still quite early on in the completion process we have piece of mind thanks to their SecureSale.
