GoogleFrom the sale of two houses and the assistance in managing the purchase of another in the chain Nicholsons have shown amazing professionalism, friendliness and efficiency in helping me navigate this stressful time. I sold the first property in a couple of weeks and then the second in about 11 hours and that didn't even hit rightmove as they already have a number of people who have registered their interest. The properties were marketed beautifully and then as the sale progressed the team helped push everything along. Special thanks to Mark and Ash who were amazing, couldn't recommend them enough.

GoogleNicholsons estate agent have been fantastic. They came to the property within 2 days to take photos, set up a virtual tour and floor plan. Once that was done a description was written up and the house was listed within the week. The photos etc... were of a professional standard and they were able to take an aerial photo to show the full size of the property. They went through extra options such as it being listed as a feature property. Gave me all the information on how this would help get viewings. Their communication was second to none. Very prompt at informing me of viewings, sending me weekly feedback from the website views and any viewers feedback. With their brilliant marketing the property had 2-3 viewings per week and a few offers that were within the marketed value. Very professional throughout. Due to personal circumstances the property was removed from the market by myself. Nicholsons were accommodating and very understanding with this. If I was to sell in the future I would definitely go back to Nicholsons estate agent. I highly recommend them.

GoogleNicholsons have been amazing from start to finish! One thing I really liked is that their fees are shown on their website, so no unexpected fees! After the initial valuation, my house was on the market within 3 days and sold within 2.5 weeks! Their marketing skills are like no other, from the drone photos to the walk through videos of your home. Your home is posted across many social media platform which really helps to get your home out there! Everything has been very simple and stress free, the use of a whatsapp group has been great to be kept constantly in the loop with progress. James, their mortgage advisor has also been amazing! I would highly reccommend Nicholson's to anyone looking to sell their home! π

GoogleWe sold our house through Nicholsons - Fantastic service from beginning til end. Mark is great at what he does - professional, honest and trustworthy. Ash was stand out with his level of customer service and was available through consistent communication on WhatsApp throughout, chased the solicitors for us constantly when we were pushing for completion pre-Christmas. The extra services Nicholsons offer vs. Other local agents is on another level of professionalism, the quality of the listing they create for your house with their videography/drone equipment/photography etc is definitely worth it. 100% recommend! x
