We bought a house from Alex at Nicholsons a few years ago and had a great experience so when it came time to sell we knew we wanted to work with him again. Alex and the Nicholsons Fleet team were incredible throughout a very long and drawn out process (due to the chain above). They got our house sold within two days of getting it on the market and when the buyers pulled out six months later due to delays at the top of the chain they found us new buyers, again within a couple of days. Communication was great and Alex kept us updated at every single stage. I highly recommend Nicholsons!

Lewis at Nicholsons recently over saw the sale of a house I purchased. He was knowledgable and professional during the viewing, but it was his persistence driving forward the sale of a tricky 6 property chain that really impressed me. To make things better when Lewis was on holiday the process was picked up by Graham who was equally as dedicated. Huge thank you to two of them and great service and would highly recommend.

I chose Nicholsons to sell our house as Alex was very professional, friendly and enthusiastic when he came to value the property. Unfortunately we didn’t get our original asking price but this was not due to Alex as in the first weeks a lot of people were shown round . The market is not easy at the moment so we were happy to accept his advice to lower the price. He has been very helpful throughout the process and kept us informed of all progress . We have now exchanged contracts and are due to complete in two days. After a horrendous experience trying to move in ‘22 Graham and the team did an absolutely amazing job. Polite, professional and friendly from the first viewing right up to completion. We were recommended to speak to Alex at Nicholsons after a family member had used him to sell their property and also met him at viewings. So we had our first meeting and we had a great chat and he even helped us unload the food shop delivery which was helpful. We liked the energy and positivity that Alex brought to the table with regards to our property and gave us a realistic figure to sell our house and he priced it very accurately to the market and we never had to reduce our property price so that shows it was priced within the correct range. He persevered with 3 buyers and was continually proactive and efficient with emails and follow ups to the chain and our solicitors etc. We can’t thank Alex and his office enough with the help and advice they gave us during our house sell, we’ve just exchanged in time for when our mortgage offer runs out and during this financial time it was so critical that we got the sale locked in before it expired and Alex helped get us over the hurdles we were faced along the way and we couldn’t be happier with his advice and extensive market knowledge and we needed his support and reassure at such a tough time in the market. After renting from nicholsons for two years we decided to buy our first house through them. Our main point of Contact was Lewis who did an amazing job of keeping us up to date at all times and was able to answer all our questions as first time buyers which really did put our mind at ease. We have just used Nicholsons to sell our house and it’s been such a stress free process. Graham came to value our house last year. We said we were in no hurry and just wanted to see what our house was worth with the view to selling sometime in the future. Afterwards we were not rung up every few minutes to ask what our position was, unlike the ‘others’ who hassled us. When eventually we did want to sell it was Nicholsons who we turned to because of this and they’ve been amazing. Alex was a star and was so good at communicating with both us and our buyers. Absolutely discussing letting management. I had to contact landlord directly with my concerns . Also had to call Rushmoor borough council too to step on their tails to fix boiler in middle of winter . I had to keep on calling them and emailing them to just to reply to me. Letting magament would not willigant to get back to me on any of my problems. I had to fix thing on my own money in the house. But after several problems with them I took advice from solicitors, shelters and council . They cheap to rent but absolutely bad service and they treat their tenant rubbish ! I am so happy to find my current private landlord. Who is treating us great. This is shows landlords are actually does care but most of letting agents are just after your money and landlords money too. Never will rent or even recommend them to anyone. We stayed 6 months in that house no longer could stay there. Also I had to dispute my deposit as after two weeks they did not even thinking to transfer it back. I must admit house left perfect condition. But check out investor advice me to check check the out investory as they high likely like to change paper work. And this was his on experience.I feel sick . 🤮
