GoogleFantastic from start to finish! The team were fantastic, especially Alex, who was involved in the process the whole way. He kept us up to date, chased people who needed it and we really felt he went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly and on time. GoogleI cannot recommend Nicholsons enough, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would particularly like to thank Alex for going above and beyond to help when needed. He made the sales process very fluent and smooth and always responded promptly when needed. If you want a quick and smooth sale or purchase with great customer service then this is the agent to use.

GoogleI didn't actually sell my house through them but did buy through them. There were a few issues in the chain and they were very proactive to get updates and push things through. I stopped calling my estate agents as Nicholsons were far better. If I ever sell I will go to Nicholson's next time!

GoogleMy mother recently sold her house through Nicholsons in Fleet. Whilst a fantastic offer was made quickly on the house, there were challenges throughout the process due to conflicting timescales. Alex at Nicholsons managed the process fantastically. I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism, ensuring we constantly updated throughout and helping resolve challenges to see the sale through to completion. He was very respectful, patient and considerate whilst working with my mother (who hadn't moved house for over 40 years!). I would not hesitate to recommend working with Alex and Nicholsons.
