Fantastic experience selling my first home

I had a fantastic experience selling my first home with this estate agent. From the initial valuation through to accepting an offer, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout and I was kept updated at every stage, any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced in what they do. My property was only on the market for 6 weeks before I received an offer at the full asking price, which I was very happy to accept. The marketing, viewings, and negotiation process were all handled seamlessly. Selling a home can be stressful, but they made the whole experience feel straightforward and well managed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

We bought a house from Alex at Nicholsons a few years ago and had a great experience so when it came time to sell we knew we wanted to work with him again. Alex and the Nicholsons Fleet team were incredible throughout a very long and drawn out process (due to the chain above). They got our house sold within two days of getting it on the market and when the buyers pulled out six months later due to delays at the top of the chain they found us new buyers, again within a couple of days. Communication was great and Alex kept us updated at every single stage. I highly recommend Nicholsons!

I decided to let my first property through Nicholson's Estate Agents after checking out the website and speaking to Holly and Mark who were very knowledgeable and filled me with confidence. They was brilliant and patiently helped me navigate the letting process. They took care of everything, posted a great listing, sourced a selection of good tenants very quickly, and were also able to offer recommendations and advice which I was very grateful for. The owner - Mark, was lovely, professional and his attention to detail was spot on. A great all round experience and I would definitely recommend this estate agents.
