Fabulous staff

I want to share my experience of leaving some jewellery behind at the Sardinia Neilsons. Communication was great by all staff from when I emailed to say I had left it behind. Frostie was brilliant and arranged for someone to bring it to the UK! Collected from Brighton today and very pleased to say it was all there with a comprehensive list of all that was there done by the hotel staff. Very grateful to all staff in their handling of it from the housekeeping staff handing it in to Stephen who handed it over to me today. You are all brilliant and brilliantly organised. Thanks again Frostie for going above and beyond when you had time off too! Customer service at its very best!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I engaged Neilsons Estate Agents & Solicitors for the sale of my home in Gorebridge and the purchase of my new home in Edinburgh. From beginning to end everyone I came across at Neilsons was friendly, professional and organised. On the estate agency side; Lewis took time to consider his valuation which came back higher than others, and rang true. Jade provided excellent assistance in organising the listing of my home. My Sales Negotiator Kristen was incredibly passionate and provided much appreciated honesty and transparency. In the conveyancing team; Diane, Gill & Susan were a wonderful team, consistently reliable in their advice and actions. I was provided with regular updates in all aspect of the service provided, and throughout the process the team gave very helpful and clear guidance so I always knew what came next. A huge thank you to you all, I'm so happy in my new home. I highly recommend Neilsons.

The team at the Bonnyrigg office are warm, friendly and efficient which made the whole process go as smoothly as possible. They were always quick to respond to queries and offer advice throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Neilsons and would definitely use them again in the future.
