All Neilsons staff were prompt, pleasant, professional and efficient throughout the process. We dealt with Kirsten for the sale and she sent us info on the viewings very quickly and introduced herself. We received an early offer which we were happy with, so the property was only up for sale for a short time. Throughout this period Kirsten responded very quickly and her communication was excellent, thank you Kirsten! Would highly recommend Neilsons, their work was effective and productive.

Very pleased with Neilsons, they have made the process of selling our flat quite a smooth one and they're always available when you need them. They have a well oiled machine and you feel in good hands with them. Their photography service is superb, and they give you lots of advice, I think it makes a big difference. Special thanks to Kirsten Olverman, she helped us make a tough choice at a very stressful time, but her experience gave us the confidence that it was the right choice, and we're happy with the end result! The rest of the team has been fantastic too (special mention to Diane Yates in conveyancing, we'll leave a separate review at a later time for that part of the process 😊). We sold our flat in under 14 days (12 to be precise) and they were right with their pricing predictions. We had considered other estate agents that were "cheaper" or claimed to sell more properties than anyone else, but our gut told us to go with Neilsons and we don't regret our final choice. Totally recommend them!

When selling your home it is good to have someone knowledgable and experienced in your corner, and this was certainly my experience with Kirsten from Neilsons. She was friendly and approachable at all times and responded quickly with sound advice throughout the process, handling everything professionally and promptly while I moved to another country with a significant time difference. She pursued any hiccups or issues that arose determinedly to find a resolution. She was always on hand with strategies and recommendations and with a clear mission to get the best sale possible.
