Fantastic experience selling my mum’s property with Neilsons. From the initial consultation with Lewis, through to Eve managing the marketing, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Robyn did a great job with the photography, and the admin team were always helpful when arranging viewing appointments. A special mention to our sales negotiator, Rhonda, who kept us regularly updated, shared feedback from viewings, and clearly explained what to expect as we approached the closing date. The whole process felt seamless, like a well-oiled machine. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Neilsons to family and friends. We’ve now moved on to the conveyancing team and hope the next stage will be just as smooth.

Exceptional Service

I would not hesitate to recommend Neilsons if you are considering selling your home. We used them for the recent sale and purchase of our flat in Edinburgh. The Estate Agency team are amazing, the marketing materials and strategy that Amy put together were second to none. Everyone that we dealt with in this department were exceptional. I need to make a special mention of Kirsten our sales negotiator who is exceptional at her job and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were then passed to the conveyancing team, who had a pretty high bar after such a fantastic experience already. But Dave, Diane and Emily were more than up to the task! It ended up being a less than straight forward and slightly complicated sale, but Dave and co kept me informed the entire way, worked tirelessly and pushed it all to completion. I would not hesitate to recommend Neilsons and am so happy that we chose to go with them. Thanks for all your hard work and for making a daunting experience so much more enjoyable!

Used Neilsons to wind up my father's estate. The account was passed around like a hot potato and eventually they tried to close the account without finishing, they even tried to get me to give the land away so they didn't have to deal with it. They were still happy to take the money without finishing the job. They chose one lawyer in the USA and when he stopped communicating with them they wouldn't find another. I refused to sign it off so they just closed it anyway. Leaving me ( grieving) to deal with the most complicated part on my own. Took £24,000 for the privilege. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
