I would 100% recommend Neilson’s to buy and sell your home. Everyone in the team was very professional and friendly. A special mention has to be made to Kirsten for excellent sales negotiating, and to Stephanie for conveyancing my house purchase under pressure. A massive shout out to Arlene who did the conveyancing on my house sale. It was a very challenging situation, and she went the extra mile to ensure it progressed on time. I had complete trust in her to keep me up to date. Hoping to never have to move house again, but if I do I will definitely be using Neilsons!

Used Neilsons to wind up my dad's estate. They took £24,000 and closed the account without finishing all aspects and left me with the most difficult part ( overseas land) to deal with myself. Would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Terrible treatment for a grieving family. Lazy staff.

Neilsons have been absolutley superb dealing wtih the sale of my property. The advice on staging for sale was excellent, and they even recommended trades to get some jobs done. Their photos and marketing materials are superb, much better than some of their competitors who we had considered using. Everyone we've dealt with has been so friendly and helpful and we got an amazing price at the closing date after just 11 days on the market. They are efficent, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Would 100% recommend and certainly will use them again in the future.

We received excellent help and service from Neilsons Solicitors and Estate Agents for first, the sale of our property and then, the purchase of our new property. We thought the promotional material for the sale of our house was great. It made a major contribution to the sale going through very quickly. The advice we received from Neilsons on the Estate Agency and the Legals side helped us to secure very successfully both the selling and purchase of our properties. Equally, we were updated with information regularly on progress, and our questions answered very promptly by the teams we worked with on the Estate Agency and the Solicitors sides of the Neilsons.
