Selling under challenging circumstances, and managing it on my own, David Easton and Kirsten Grant made the process smooth and made sure I kept on track. Personable and professional they ensured I had all the information to make the right decisions. Sale complete and moving onto buying, Dave Marshall guided me through the process and was happy to spend time chatting about the pros & cons of offering. A great firm to work with for both selling and buying properties. We received excellent help and service from Neilsons Solicitors and Estate Agents for first, the sale of our property and then, the purchase of our new property. We thought the promotional material for the sale of our house was great. It made a major contribution to the sale going through very quickly. The advice we received from Neilsons on the Estate Agency and the Legals side helped us to secure very successfully both the selling and purchase of our properties. Equally, we were updated with information regularly on progress, and our questions answered very promptly by the teams we worked with on the Estate Agency and the Solicitors sides of the Neilsons. It was a pleasure working with the staff and we would have no hesitation in recommending Neilsons to our family and friends.

GoogleI used Kara as a solicitor to purchase a property. Excellent service throughout. Swift communication, good negotiation skills, resonable fees and possible to complete the transaction entirely remotely and stress free (which was a pleasant surprise, as I was based abroad at the time). Also, everyone in the office is really friendly and helpful on the phone, you really feel like the all the staff care about you as a customer, and try to make your experience as hassle free as possible.

GoogleWe used Neilsons to buy our first home six years ago, then more recently to sell it and buy our new home. The team there have been incredible. They helped us through a lot of unsuccessful bids and once we had an offer accepted they worked extremely efficiently to get through the process with as little stress as possible. Having the real estate services combined with the legal side took considerable stress out of the selling process also. Fees were extremely competitive and everyone we worked with were friendly and happily answered all our dumb questions. I can’t recommend them enough.

Sold our flat within 7 days, after it had been stuck on the market for 5 weeks with a different Solicitors' firm. Special mention to Marion for initial advice and marketing plan, Jade Logan for completing the sale, and Anne Naysmith for conveyancing.
