I bought my property through the Allerton Road branch. As a First Time Buyer I thought the service I received was excellent. The team were professional and kept me updated throughout the whole process. As someone who didn't know how the house buying process worked, Jenni was very patient with me, even when I called her 5 times day with a million and one questions. Everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend Move to my family and friends and if I sell my home in the future, I will be using Move to sell it.

I was supposed to view a property at 11:30 today. I arrived early at 11:20 and waited 20 minutes but nobody arrived from Move Residential. Not only was this very frustrating having taken the morning off work but they then had the audacity to say that they were there when I telephoned them and waited 10 mins before leaving which is an outright lie. I would never use this agent if I was selling a property. Wholly incompetent

When this review was left with us back in October, one of our negotiators got in touch with you immediately to explain the situation. Our member of staff did attend said viewing as agreed, however as we are a leading and popular estate agent, we must stick to our daily diary as scheduled to ensure that every customer is catered for. We must allow a specific amount of time per viewing and unfortunately, after waiting the allowed amount of time, we had to move on to our next viewing. We understand this can be frustrating but we work to a very tight timescale to ensure we can deliver a result to our clients. I am sorry that we did not have more time to wait around for you on that particular day. As you can see on other reviews, we are known and respected for delivering a sterling service.We wish you all the best in the future.Move Residential.

This company is either thriving and can turn down business or is run very badly. I rang about one property and was told someone would call me back to arrange a viewing, the call never came so I chased it up to be told the property wasn't taking anymore viewings, would have been good customer service for a call back to be advised of this and not left to the potential customer to chase up. Called a couple of days later re another property to arrange a viewing and again was told I would get a call with the viewing time and I have never had that call back and the property is still showing online. Other property I enquired about I was told someone had moved into it so why was it still showing as available on the website. I have also had friends who have not had very good experiences with this company so I would avoid if you can. Only gave one star as no choice to give zero stars.
