Clean your properties you might get more interest.

I viewed a property with this company. The house looked completely different to the photos. The garden and yard was disgusting rubbish everywhere and overgrown garden with weeds. The pictures looked glossy like they had done it out all nice and pristine but when I viewed the property it looked well lived in. The windows and front door looked like they hadn't been cleaned for years. The rooms looked way smaller than in the pictures. It's like they used a wide lens camera to make it look bigger. I felt as though I was rushed when I viewed it as someone else turned up to look at it. I was only there 5 mins. The agent seemed keen to get rid of me. The house was well overpriced for the size and state it was in. Very poor service would not recommend.

Totally unprofessional, terrible communication

Unprofessional, little to no communication. Do not answer or return calls. When the chain was moving slowly the lady handling it simply disengaged.Have tried emailing a complaint and even that wasn't even acknowledged by the manager of move residential.I am in the process of withdrawing my offer primarily due to the lack of information and managing of the chain by move residential.

Brilliant work from Heswall team called…

Brilliant work from Heswall team called to view a property and spoke to Alex, whom was extremely helpful and brilliant at suggesting other properties to view. I was on a extremely tight time schedule and was very awkward to work around with at times but the team managed to fit me in and show me around properties when I needed to. I was running 10 minutes late to one of my viewings with move and the viewing person I think his name was Rhys was so polite and told me not to worry. He was also extremely helpful, honest and answered the questions I asked. The team at move residential have made me believe that stressful times can become easy. I would highly recommend move to anyone and I hope heswall team the best. :)

After a bad experience with another estate agent I changed over to Move Residential completely feeling deflated from my experiences prior and with very high expectations and they did NOT disappoint. They should be a benchmark for all estate agents on how to provide a committed, caring and excellent service. From the moment I was left in the capable hands of David I felt completely at ease that my house sale was in the right hands and he provided me with more useful information and advice in just one phone call than I had ever received over the last 4 months of being with the previous estate agent. I was asked to make a final offer on the Monday by 12. Call back 24 hrs later to say I had lost out to a far higher bid. Since discovered through land register that it went for £7000 less than I originally offered.
