GoogleI recently sold a house with Mortimers. Grace was professional and kept me updated of the progress from start to finish. The pricing is a bit misleading as the photos were an extra cost, read the small print.

Not only did Mortimers get the maximum price for our property (the other companies suggested a lesser selling price) Grace also provided a seamless, professional and courteous line of communication at all stages.

GoogleI have used Mortimers on a few occasions over the years and have always had a positive experience with them. From the initial enquiry to completion, the sales team are extremely professional and friendly and in terms of communication and efficiency they really are second to none. Alex, our branch coordinator kept us informed every step of the way during our recent house sale and was always available to answer any queries. She was extremely knowledgeable and organised making the whole process seem much easier and straightforward. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mortimers or using them again in the future.

GoogleAn excellent service from the team at Mortimers when selling my house through them. My main contact throughout the sale was Mia Binns, and I couldn't fault her service at all. She kept me fully informed at regular intervals about the progress of the sale, and acted very professionally as a intermediary between myself and the purchasers, as well as an intermendiary between my solicitors and the purchasers solicitors. I would thouroughly recommend Mortimers Estate Agents, and would quite happily use them again should I need to.

GoogleMortimers Clitheroe are great. Accrington are useless. Never reply to online viewing requests. Don't anwser the phone. Requested to view over 3 times as no anwser or reply called Clitheroe. Infor.ed rigbt away Requests stopped the weekend after viewing requests made. Absolute joke.

GoogleWe valued the flexibility around viewing properties, including Sunday viewings. But most of all we can not overstate how well we were supported by our assigned agent Grace Bleasdale in the purchase of the property we set our hearts on. From the outset Grace went above and beyond in keeping us informed at every stage and liaising with all the other estate agents and conveyancers involved to ensure that all was progressing as it should be. Nothing has been too much for Grace who has been completely accessible, even when I believe it may have encroached into her personal time. She has been a real star and I can't praise or thank her enough. She has my highest recommendation and I wish her every success in her continuing career.

Regularly Grace was corresponding outside of her working hours keeping all parties updated and informed. Very much appreciated Grace's time and effort in reducing the stresses of moving. Grace kept me well Informed on any developments with the house we where purchasing off one of there clients. We used Mortimers for the sale of our property, they looked after us from start to finish and even checked in afterwards, they definitely do go above and beyond. We didn’t have the smoothest process due to our chain but the team At Mortimers in Clitheroe did everything they could to keep things moving and everyone up to date. Everyone at the Clitheroe branch were great, I won’t name them all incase I miss anyone but in particular Charlotte was incredible. Thanks Mortimers. Emma & Danny.

GoogleCharlotte, Sam and Alisha were absolutely fantastic through our process of buying our first home. They were understanding with us when there was a problem, they helped and guided us through areas we struggled with. But most importantly they were kind and caring - taking the time to talk to us! They were quick to reply and call us with anything and reassuring throughout. I would recommend mortimers for any first time buyers! Cannot thank them enough as it was a tough process but they made it alot easier and made it less stressful for us. Thank you Mortimers 😊
