Fab service from all the team at mortimers and i cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish helped me at every step as this was new to me. From the viewing to regular updates to help with questions from solicitors. They really do care and have a way of making you feel that the whole team are there for you! We had a brilliant experience working with Emily, from our first viewing to the day we got the keys, she was proactive, transparent, and genuinely on our side. Communication was second to none, calls and emails were answered quickly, and updates came before we even had to ask. If I had any questions I knew I could drop her an email and she would reply fast with an answer, or managed to find out how to get me an answer through her hard work and dedication. Emily made sure to keep the line of communication moving in a time where it felt it had gone quiet by chasing enquiries, communicating with the sellers on our behalf and asking and keeping the solicitor chain moving. She calmly navigated a couple of hiccups without any drama and at no point did I feel I couldn’t approach her with any questions or problems I faced. Nothing ever felt too much for her- just thoughtful guidance and clear next steps. But most of all we can not overstate how well we were supported by our assigned agent Grace Bleasdale in the purchase of the property we set our hearts on.
