GoogleI cannot phrase the staff at Mortimers Accrington enough ,for all there hard work and transparency. Emily Barrow looked after us when selling our property. She was professional and put our mind at easy through the whole process. Emily kept us well informed and nothing was to much trouble. Emily is an asset to mortimers. GoogleJust had a call with a Ben, we put our house on the market in 2021 as I needed a downstairs bedroom. Unfortunately we couldn’t find the right property for us so extended. I needed the square footage for house insurance so called today. Ben was incredibly helpful, remembered me and our family and gave me the square footage in minutes. This saved me hours of hassle and I am extremely grateful. This is a local family owned business that we are so very lucky to have in Clitheroe.

GoogleI have been working with Kyen at the Clitheroe branch and have been genuinely impressed by the level of service and support he has provided throughout the entire process. He has always been available when needed, proactive in providing updates, and has kept me fully informed at every stage, from the tenant moving in to the completion of the paperwork and all subsequent next steps. It's been an absolute pleasure working with Kyen, and I honestly couldn't recommend him more highly. A special mention should also go to Dan and the wider team, who have been exceptional throughout. Their professionalism, communication, and customer service have been second to none. I won't be using anyone else.

GoogleFab service from all the team at mortimers and i cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish helped me at every step as this was new to me. From the viewing to regular updates to help with questions from solicitors. They really do care and have a way of making you feel that the whole team are there for you! Grace Bleasdale was amazing and no question too silly to ask , and i has lots of those- really helped me through a time which could have been a lot more stressful with the support.
