GoogleWe bought a house via Mortimers, while selling a house in a different area with another estate agent. Mortimers were the only company (estate agents and solicitors) that actually bothered to keep us regularly updated about both our purchase and our sale (through another agent!) When everything was eventually finalised, Mortimers came to meet us as our new house with the keys and with a welcome pack of treats. 100% recommend Mortimers Estate Agents.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of dealing with Lewis Hunter at Mortimers, the mortgage hasn’t been the most straight forward and the experience a little stressful but Lewis has been great at keeping us updated and also chasing the solicitors which hasn’t been an easy job. GoogleWe have just sold our property there were a few hiccups initially, we felt with Lewis and Ben both very professional in their field, although we had angry moments with Lewis, he was able to work very hard for us so we didn’t loose our property, he was always pleasant and very understanding through the stressful process. GoogleWe would highly recommend this estate agent, particularly Ben & Lewis who kept us updated at every stage of our move. They weren’t even our estate agent (they were the agents for the property we were buying)! They kept in touch with solicitors, other estate agents & clients in order to keep the chain moving as quickly as possible and recommended surveyors, etc. They are efficient, reliable & helpful & we will definitely use this estate agent in the future!!!

GoogleElla was so helpful throughout the process of buying my first home alone. It can be a daunting experience but she was at the end of the phone / email anytime I needed help. Once the sale was complete, Ella phoned to tell me that I could collect the keys and when I got there, I was presented with a lovely 'new home gift pack'. GoogleDealt with Ben, Ella & Lewis - but as things progressed, Ella became the main contact. Fortunately/unfortunately once the property went live, interest was high & the viewings came flooding in. I struggled to keep pace initially - it would seem that I would receive an email & before I had chance to read it, I would receive a phone call. On reflection, that was someone doing their job - once we got the measure of each other, things became much easier & Ella proved to be very good at being the conduit between me & the buyer, also at gently nudging things along. First time I have sold a house - all the team provided help along the way, without being "in your face". Very pleased that Mortimers were our Estate Agents of choice. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleAmazing service from Mortimers when selling and buying our house, particularly Ella. She was brilliant, went above and beyond to help out and support us through a very stressful sale. Ella was always on hand for an email or phone call, to help with any little question, or even just the reassurance that we frequently needed. Ella was great at communicating and keeping us updated throughout the process which was much appreciated, she could not have been more helpful. I could not recommend Mortimers more highly.
