Wonderful experience at Alconbury Weald! We visited last Friday and were so impressed by the two ladies attending to us. They were incredibly knowledgeable and caring, it was a pleasure to feel heard and not at all pressured. They clearly prioritized helping us find the right home over just 'making a sale.' On top of the great service, the homes are extremely well-designed. Highly recommend!

Please stop giving 5 Star reviews based upon one visit and the Sales Staff - all pre-purchase. These reviews give a biased view of the company. Read the 1 Star reviews; these reflect reality. They show exactly what you purchase, not the dream world of sales staff trained to deceive you. The show homes are exactly that, "show homes"; they do not represent what is provided.

I recently visited the St Mary’s Park development near Preston and it’s was such a pleasurable experience. Both Vic and Carol are extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. They answered all my questions and explained everything very well.

Still waiting for drains to be cleared, totally ridiculous how these new estate's are managed. Wish we had bought an older property because its obviously all about profit. Three month's down the line and still no contact. Will now be taking the matter further.

Tracy at Arden park has been fantastic throughout the buying experience even when I decided to switch plots she made everything simple and easy. After visiting many different developments and countless visits the customer service at Shelbourne Estates has been by far the best of any builder. A big credit to the company I haven’t been easy to deal with and asked so many questions but always takes the time to answer everything.

Since walking into the office at the hunsbury-grange site, shelbourne side of the development, Lynn, Jess and Pauline have been amazing, very professional, warm, friendly and helpful. We have developed a really good relationship with all 3 ladies to the point of calling them friends. The area sales manager Michaela has also been very supportive. A fantastic team.

Do not buy a new house from Morris Homes!!! we have been waiting 7+ years for our roads to be built and we still do not have drains that work or tarmac outside of our house that is more than 7 years old. they say they're doing something but no progress.

GoogleWe are really appreciate that to find our dream home with Morris homes.They were so professional and supportive in every step. I am writing as a customer who has visited at least 7 different developements and different locations, Morris homes quality can not be compared to the others at all. Depends on completion of the plots, you are being given flexibility to choose choice of floorings, bathrooms tiles and kitchen cabinets which is great! Huge thanks to Jack for supporting us at every stage from the very beginning and for carrying out his work with professionalism and dedication. We do highly recommend Morris homes!

GoogleWe have been living in a Morris Homes property for nearly 3 years now and whilst we had a positive experience purchasing our property, the ongoing customer care has been nothing short of a disaster. We have had multiple kitchen doors drop from the hinges with 2 having actually fallen from the hinges. We have requested this be fixed over the course of 2 years, the company on multiple occasions stated that they had been to our property to fix them despite not doing so. We eventually had one of the doors refixed to the wall whilst the other was left loose. This door has eventually come away, when brought up again to Morris we have been accused of having “forcibly ripped off” the door, this accusation backed up by their head of Customer Care Chris Moylan. The freezer door is now also coming away from the hinges which is clearly evidence of poor work being completed on the property. We have attempted to escalate this issue but continue to be met with barriers, ignored emails and as expected dismissive uncooperative responses. Avoid at all costs.

TrustpilotDon't buy Morris homes. Build quality and service is not good.
I bought home with Morris homes and having issues form first month and my warranty will end soon. Few issues which I reported earlier are addressed but it will keep happening again even on basic things like flooring is done very bad that they replaced twice and still its faulty. You can understand the quality of build and fix they are providing. I feel they even show partiality.
