Very impressed when I walked into my home, quality fittings, beautifully finished and great attention to detail. Customer support was excellent thanks to Liam and Angela. Yes, there is snagging but it is never an issue to rectify. Definitely would buy again from Morris Homes.

I have had a mixed picture with Shelbourne estates at MK. Had a good customer service initially and then as snag failures happened - first was asked to call site office and then after multiple calls was sent a service manager for about 15 different issues. Its now 6 months past moving in - still most items not sorted.Customer service post hand over not satisfactory

TrustpilotShelbourne Estates Houghton Grange
We are currently looking for a new build property in Huntingdon and have visited the Shelbourne estates office. Whilst currently there isn’t a show home to view, I have found Rob to be an extremely helpful and knowledgeable sales advisor. He has been very responsive and able to provide detailed answers to our questions. So far, Rob, has provided a very pleasant and positive experience.

I travelled from Lancashire to Northampton to view a show home as there were none available to view in the North West. I met Jess who showed me round the house; she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Jess took the time to answer all of my questions and allowed me all the time I wanted in the property despite the fact that I am hoping to buy in the North West. She was fab and the experience was invaluable in helping me to make a decision. Thank you.

TrustpilotShelbourne Estates, Hunsbury Grange, Northampton
We recently purchased our house through Shelbourne Estates ( Part of Morris Homes) at their development in Hunsbury Grange, Northampton. Our experience from start to finish has been exceptional. Jess and Lynne have been excellent from reservation through to when we moved in and beyond. They are very friendly, informative and extremely supportive throughout the process to ensure everything went smoothly. We never felt pressurised which some experience with other developers. We had minor snags list which was looked at promptly and very professionally. The site manager Scott and his team has also been extremely supportive and continues to do so even we’ll after we’ve moved in. The site is also very well looked after and very tidy. We are also super impressed with the customer care team, who are responsive and make sure everything is addressed promptly. We genuinely feel like Shelbourne Estate truly care about their customers and quality of their work. This has been a wonderful surprise given our past experiences with a different “5 star” builder, which was far from satisfactory. We would not hesitate to recommend Shelbourne Estate to anyone.

TrustpilotShellbourne Estates - Hunsbury Grange
I purchased a property at Hunsbury Grange with Shellbourne Estates just over a year ago. The whole experience from my first appointment to date has surpassed my expectations. Lynne and Jess were fantastic, they made the process from reserving my plot to exchanging easy and fairly stress free. Whilst it’s not my first time buying a house, it is the first time buying a new build and so there was a lot I wasn’t familiar with. They always answered any question no matter how stupid promptly and gave me regular updates on the progress of my house through the main stages. I was delighted with my house on moving in and Scott and the team made sure any snagging items were dealt with quickly and to a high standard. Since then I’ve had some small issues but again the customer care team have been great and very attentive to make sure all issues are dealt with as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend Shellbourne Estates!

Can't fault the team throughout. They've managed all our snagging issues. If I was to be super critical it's a shame the teams are rushed as much as they are to get the job done

Pam was very helpful with all our queries and very efficient. We never got to see our home until the day we moved in.
