GoogleBrilliant experience selling our house with Minors and Brady. From our first meeting and valuation with Alex to viewings and negotiating offers, the service was always friendly, professional and efficient. Lee, in particular who negotiated the sale of our house, was brilliant, always at the end of the phone keeping us updated (even at the weekend!). We could not have been happier with the process and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Minors & Brady to our friends and family, or use them again ourselves.

GoogleI purchased a property with this estate agent. Both Charlie H and Adam W worked closely with both myself and the seller to make this a smooth transaction. They recommended a good solicitor which turned out to be a great choice and in general helped with all queries from both parties. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

GoogleI highly recommend Minors and Brady, they sold our house very quickly and the service we received was outstanding. They stayed in contact throughout calling me every week with updates. Emily was absolutely amazing and done everything she possibly could to try and get us exchanged and completed quickly including going in early and on her days off! I can't thank her enough for everything she did for us. I would 100% use them again in the future and have recommended them to family and friends. A great service, thank you!

GoogleWe have just sold our property with Minors and Brady and moved into our new Home that was bought through them also and cannot fault the service we received. In fact, this was the second time instructing Minors and Brady to sell a property for us which supports the faith we have in them! So I’d say we definitely have a well rounded experience of their service as both vendors and buyers!
This time we met Alex who came to value and list our property. We had no delay in making this appointment and he was very professional and informative throughout, ensuring he had an understanding of our expectations for the sale and made sure to fully brief us of what to expect for the sales process. Once sold stc we were lucky to have Emily involved in our sale progression. She kept us fully informed and updated every step of the way, assisting with negotiations between us and with our sellers and buyers. If ever things were being slowed by solicitors etc she would be straight on the phone to iron out any issues best she could with all parties involved to get things resolved in a timely manner.
I’d like to say we would use them again in the future but I feel this time they’ve truly helped us find our forever home.
An extremely professional, efficient and personal service from all the team and we would recommend to all

GoogleFantastic team. I had the pleasure of using a really great estate agent to buy my new home. They kept me and my wife updated all the time with the purchase of our new home, and they were willing to answer all your questions over the phone when it came to it. The whole experience was not stressful, and I would recommend Minors and Brady to sell or find you a new home to live. So a massive thank you to Emily and her team for all the hard work moving into our new home. Thank you.

GoogleI cannot thank Jamie, Adam and Lee enough for all their hard work in helping us find our forever home. When I felt that all was lost, Jamie always kept a positive attitude and went above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agent. His determination to find us our ideal home paid off and we couldn't be happier. His obvious passion for his job reflects in the excellent service he and his team provides. He always kept us up to date with any changes and progress with our sale and purchase. I cannot recommend this team enough. Thank you all for such an excellent service.
TIP: We used the solicitors and financial advisers recommended by Jamie. They all communicated very well together and took the stress out of the buying and selling process.

GoogleWe have just purchased our new home through Minors Brady in Wroxham and they were a refreshing change to deal with. We found all of the team without exception to be professional and knowledgeable. In particular we dealt with Adam Waters, if it wasn't for Adam I'm not sure we would have completed on our purchase which was a Little complex and lengthy. Adam managed to gather information from all the solicitors concerned and coordinate both the sale and purchase. He kept us well informed every step of the way. Both My husband and I felt we received an excellent and honest service. We would have no hesitation in recommending Minors and Brady for both sale and Purchase. The office is bright, well laid out and friendly. Their marketing has been carefully and skilfully considered presenting an upmarket image. I have worked in a similar industry for 25 years and Minors Brady is the epitome of how good estate agency should be. My heartfelt thanks to all the team and in particular to Adam, they deserve to be successful.
