GoogleMinors & Brady have been helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. I honestly don't know what Charlie did but he seemed to work his magic and was extremely wonderful. GoogleIncredible service from Minors & Brady. Our property had been on the market with another agent for around 5 weeks without any viewings. After a recommendation from a friend, we decided to give Minors & Brady a call. From the initial consultation, to the photographs being taken, and finally to the sale, we have been very impressed. Sale agreed within a few weeks. Thank you to all of the team involved, special mention to Charlie, Mia and Curtis.

GoogleDealing with an estate agents who’s passion it is to deliver a better estate agency service experience is so refreshing!! From the very beginning we received a professional and reliable service. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently, whether it was arrangements for viewing the property or dealing with questions throughout the process. We had multiple viewings on our open house day, all viewers were contacted prior to the day and all arrived. We were kept updated regularly throughout the process, which in my experience hasn’t been the case with other estate agents. All the staff were friendly and approachable both on the phone and in the local office. A special thanks to Daniel Emery who provided a professional, friendly, and efficient service. It is clear he is committed to making the process of buying/selling a house as smooth as possible and we felt he really listened to our personal preferences and took this on board. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to friends and family.

GoogleWe recently sold a property with Minors and Brady and I have to say they provide an absolutely first -class service. Within two weeks of being on the market, we had sold at the full asking price, due in no small part to their hard work and professionalism. Always helpful, with loads of good advice. A special mention for Charlie who was our first point of contact and kept us regularly updated with any developments. He and his colleagues were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others.

GoogleAnother Estate Agent comes to town ! My experience of the Dereham Branch, at best monkeys at worst Arthur Daley types. Check their web site lie after lie on the review page, or they are really good at selling. Posted on the 27/1/2020 some one had had a valuation, mortgage and by the tone had sold and bought all in 3 days ?? And Dereham is not even in their search criteria on the website which tells me ZERO properties available here. The amount of grammar, spelling & punctuation mistakes on their website would worry me trusting my sale or buying a property with these guys, sloppy very sloppy.

As another client has said in a 5 star review, it appears as though this is a fake review from another agent in Dereham. GoogleI can’t recommend Minors & Brady enough, they have been absolutely amazing! Jamie the owner put my house on last Tuesday, sent out their professional photographer and our adverts look brilliant. We have had more viewings in a week than my other two agents over 6 months! If you want to sell then deffo use these!

GoogleWe sold our house with Minors and Brady and we received a great service throughout the process, all our queries were answered promptly, with call backs really fast and updates on a regular basis, with a special thanks to Lee. All the staff were proactive, working hard to sell our property, nothing was too much trouble for them. From our first meeting with Curtis who valued our property he filled us with confidence with his professionalism and knowledge of the local housing market. The other staff members who we would like to say a big thank you to are, Lee who was our main contact throughout the sale, booking our viewings, updating us on a regular basis with progress reports and was always available to speak to. Lewis and Callum who did our viewings, so enthusiastic and friendly. We would also like to mention Sara, Charlie and Joe who have also helped along the way and Jack in after sales. What a great Team!

GoogleEmployee of the year. Lee Mortier at Minors & Brady's Wroxham office has been handling the complicated sale of our house in Norwich since August 2018. He is a very mature young man, who is always enthusiastic, polite and cheerful, despite our sale process being sometimes very frustrating. He is extremely pro-active, always returning our calls when promised, and often goes above and beyond by giving a prospective purchaser his mobile phone number so that they can call him out of office hours to provide feedback or ask any questions. As far as our sale is concerned, he deserves a gold medal for patience and fortitude!

GoogleFantastic experience with Daniel at Minors & Brady - We are moving to the area from near Reading, and over the months we were searching for a property, Dan would keep in touch regularly to talk about new properties he thought could be a match. Very down to earth and approachable, we built up a good relationship where I could ring up and get honest opinions and answers. In fact, we have just had an offer accepted on a property that was listed with a few different agents, including M&B in Wroxham - but instead of getting in touch with any of the other agents (or even Wroxham themselves), I rang Daniel to ask a few questions and then arrange the viewing, all because he had taken the time to build a relationship with me, and was always honest, forthright and approachable.

GoogleMinors & Brady were acting for our vendor but we have to say that the service they provided to us as buyers was second to none. Lee and Emily were extremely efficient from our initial contact to view the property right through to completion with Emily continuously keeping us updated with progress and being very proactive in chasing all parties involved. Our purchase was fairly smooth and we feel this was largely down to their efforts. When we decide to move again (not just yet) we would definitely choose Minors & Brady as our estate agent.
