Went to visit a house back in beginning of January and instantly fell in love. Minors and Brady were fantastic from the start! So quick to respond and got the ball rolling very quickly. Once the offer had been accepted we were passed to Cassandra Creak who was incredibly professional and efficient. She called our solicitor at the start of the week for an update and then would call us to make sure we were kept in the loop at all stages of the house buy right up until the end. If and when we move again we will definitely be using Minors and Brady, I really cannot fault their service. Thank you for making our first house buying experience a very pleasant one!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Fantastic team at Dereham - they're on top of everything, always respond quickly to phone calls and emails and so friendly and professional. They go out of their way with their great service too - a big thank you to Liam for driving over to us in King's Lynn to hand deliver our fabulous brochures, ensuring we had them for viewings. So much appreciated Liam!! :-)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We sent a enquiry about a house and received a call of a lovely professional staff member called Mia she was very helpful and a pleasure to speak to she was informative and knowledgeable about all questions asked. When we viewed the house we were shown round by a very pleasant man called lewis he showed us everywhere and was very polite and welcoming and answered all our questions in detail. We would highly recommend using these.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Could not recommend Dan in the Dereham office of Minors and Brady enough! We viewed a very popular property on the Thursday, second viewing on the Friday with our offer accepted bright and early Saturday morning. Dan went above and beyond to secure our purchase and we are so grateful. Minors and Brady's after sales team have continued to make the conveyancing process at a super challenging time be smooth sailing!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

After contacting Minors and Brady and speaking to Chloe, who was very friendly, about marketing our property she arranged for Curtis to value our home two days later. He was so down to earth and easy to talk to. We signed up with them straight away, as we feel they are a much more professional estate agent to deal with than the other estate agents we have used in the past. We then had a viewing with Shaun the same day who was also very helpful. We never felt like we were taking too much of his time like other estate agents make you feel when they are rushing you through the property. Later that day I had a nice chat with Lee also. The following day Sara contacted us with the brochure of our home that she had brilliantly put together. And later that day Chloe called to say we had a viewing on our home the next day! wow all this in four days. Five helpful people and a viewing arranged in less than 24hours of our property going live on the internet. We are both very pleased with the service we have received. Thank you from us both.PositiveProfessionalism

Minors & Brady NEW SEARCH < BACK TO REVIEWS REVIEWS Excellent service so far with lots of viewings immediately lined up resulting in an offer very close to the Guide Price in a week. Thank you to Curtis for his enthusiasm and speedy service. All staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding of your personal situation. Also thank you to Charlie for advice regarding my purchase, not something I'm experienced in and it really helped to reassure me. Thank you all.

We saw a house to rent with Minors & Brady on the Rightmove website. The property had been on there for 2 hours. I spoke to Aaron in the Wroxham office and he jumped into action. Within 2 further hours we were viewing the property. Aaron arrived to meet us on the dot. He was very professional as he showed us the property. He dealt with a very rude interruption from the dog walker in a calm manner. He has since liaised between us and the landlord and kept us informed. This was our first contact with Minors & Brady and if all the staff are as professional as Aaron I would have no hesitation but to recommend them.

A fantastic estate agents to use, Charlie has helped secure the sale on purchasing my first house and I couldn't be happier. The customer service is second to none, with a friendly but non pushy approach. Still dealing with the process at the moment but if it's anything like the service I've already received, then I would highly recommend Minors & Brady.

Sales consultant Brooke Kelly made the selling of our property a pleasure in all aspects. Her response times to my phone calls were fantastic and her negotiating skills were direct achieving a sale for us within 4 days of going on the market. Excellent service from all involved at Minors and Brady from valuation to sale. Would definitely always use this estate agent as they are far more than that.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We chose Minors and Brady for many good reasons. We had Curtis come and see us to explain what Minor and Brady do. We were impressed and since signing up with this company we haven't been let down. Just received the photos of our house and the brochure from Georgie Thew. She was very courteous, updated me with the progress and i came off the phone with a smile on my face knowing we had made the right choice. Also we must say that Will the photographer is fantastic at his job. Seriously impressed with the service we are receiving. Many thanks, Nat Dyer

We decided to use Minors and Brady estate agent’s after having a number of different valuations from other agents, however we ultimately chose to proceed with Minors and Brady due to their energetic team, efficient ways of working and excellent local knowledge. We are very pleased with the level of service that we received throughout the short period our home was on the market. Lee was our main point of contact who was extremely professional and kept us up to date at all times. Very impressed and would highly recommend to all. Thanks again
