GoogleVery professional, friendly, healpful team. Lee in the office dealt with putting our house on the market and viewings he kept us well informed and updated every step of the way. They were amazingly fast at sorting out an advert and getting veiwings. Nothing was to much for them, honest advice and help us by putting us in contact with a mortgage advisor so we could make the right choice for us. Would highly recomend them and will use them again in the future.

GoogleHaving used other estate agents recently without success, we instructed Minors and Brady. From the start Lee was very efficient, friendly and attentive. We had many more viewings and received feedback each time. Leading to a sale after just three weeks. Couldn’t be happier, wish I’d instructed Lee and the team first. Following on from our offer, James has been contacting the solicitors and giving regular updates, very helpful and polite at all times.

We've viewed a few properties recently with other agencies and Chloe really stood out as someone who really knew the property and key details. GoogleMinors and Brady have been top draw from the off with the sale of our property. We initially went to view a property to purchase through M&B with Connor Robinson, who was really supportive but most importantly was honest about our position as we weren't on the market. We discussed a valuation on our own property, along with getting other agents to do the same. Joe came over and was super polite, and very respectful, especially with Covid protocols. He was really informative, and gave us good details about the market and constructive feedback on our property. Connor answered all of my questions extremely well and I felt confident that I could trust him and the team to sell my property in the right way. He managed me, and buyers really well. He's gone above and beyond to support us in finding a property, taking calls late in the evenings, at weekends and generally being there to answer whatever questions I have. He has also helped us with our onward purchase by sharing his expertise abiut property on the market. Everyone at M&B has been brilliant. We're now in the after sales process and I feel positive that everything is in hand. These guys are good quality, not pushy at all and there for you whether you are buying or selling. Definitely get in touch with them Update - we've now exchanged on our property, and as per our experience so far the afters ales team have been brilliant. GoogleCan not praise enough the help given by Chloe Curtis - she was kind, friendly and pushed through the purchase of my new house, on a daily basis. The process was a lot longer than any of us involved could have ever imagined!
