GoogleThroughout the process of selling my house everyone I dealt with at Minors and Brady were professional in their approach and quick to respond to any questions. Upon completing my sale I had the good fortune to have Chloe Curtis as my sales progrsser. Chloe maintained a calm, friendly approachable manner in what can often be a stressful time. Chloe answered all my queries quickly and seemed to have a control of all aspects of my chain. Callum was particularly helpful when he visited us for our valuation and was very honest and professional in pricing it right and in fact the very first viewing resulted in an offer at our full asking price. GoogleA big thank you to Mia, Charlie and rest of the team at the Caister-on-Sea Branch, for their professional service shown from marketing, to arranging viewings and agreeing a sale on our property/purchase, very helpful from the start. A very long process which started 5 months ago. We went on the market within 48 hours we had 8 viewings booked in and we sold within 8 days!!! Unfortunately our buyers lost their buyers, 8 weeks later we had even agreed an exchange date, in readiness to complete. It resulted in us going back on the market, we were so worried we would loose our purchase property, our dream home. Mia and Charlie reassured us we would sell again, and they would get it sorted. Wow did they within 24 hours 7 viewings, which resulted in 3 offers an agreed sale within 5 days amazing work!!! Didnt loose are purchase property and now we have completed settling into our new home. Thank you again team, professional and friendly service from start to finish. Highly recommend. GoogleI had to sell my mothers house after she went into a care home. Harriett who valued the property was really helpful and explained everything. The team at Caister did a great job and I accepted an offer within 3 days it going on the market. Covid restrictions made visiting the property during the sale process very difficult and, as I live 200 miles away, I relied heavily on Adam for updates and to keep things moving. The process took longer than anticipated but Adam was always available to answer queries and chase others in the chain when necessary. She didn’t fail to find us properties that she thought would be suitable. We found what was our perfect property and despite thinking that it would never happen, Mia worked tirelessly with us and the vendor to actually make it happen. And she did just that! GoogleBrooke was brilliant at negotiating a successfully accepted offer on a house. She kept me updated throughout and was thoroughly professional. They have also been brilliant at updating me and arranging and facilitating viewings despite the current difficulties. Following the sale being agreed I was passed to Chloe who was lovely and brilliant. She kept me up to date with what was going on and chased other parties when needed mediating with tact if there were issues.When the estate agents for my sale failed to be proactive in their role towards exchange and completion she took on their role reassuring me that she would ensure that things came together.
