GoogleHaving been recommended to engage Minors & Brady by a friend we have certainly been very impressed by their highly professional but friendly service. From the initial phone call, the prompt valuation, the excellent quality of their marketing material to the invaluable and very prompt feedback from those viewing I cannot recommend them enough. Whilst all those in the office are excellent, I have to give a very special shout out for Tamsin. She has conducted every viewing on our house and I cannot praise her enough for her knowledgeable and enthusiastic approach. She shows exactly the right balance between professionalism and friendliness when showing potential buyers around. Thank you Tamsin! If anyone is in need of an estate agent either buying or selling I would definitely recommend you give Minors and Brady a call.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe are currently going through the process of buying our first home, we fell in love with a property and Millie from Lowestoft branch showed me around, then come back later the same day so my husband could look. She was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We are still going through the process but she kept me updated on how things were looking and we are so impressed with the service we are receiving, thank you Millie and team!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe have been speaking with Mia since January this year with our wants and needs with not the biggest of budgets on the property market. She didn’t fail to find us properties that she thought would be suitable. We found what was our perfect property and despite thinking that it would never happen, Mia worked tirelessly with us and the vendor to actually make it happen. And she did just that! Friendly, helpful and willing to listen to every point and concern, we would not have the house we fell in love with if it wasn’t for her and we cannot thank her enough. She’s a credit to Minors and Brady and deserves every success and recognition coming her way :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleBungalow on the market with another estate agent for 3 weeks, 1 viewing and none of their promises came to anything. Then, switched to Minors & Brady. Property on the market for 3 days, 2 viewings on day one and offer made and accepted on day 3. Those facts speak for themselves. Tamsin was on the case from the word go and matched my property with a suitable buyer very quickly. It's good to work with people who know their job and do it so well. They'll be my first port of call if I'm in the market for a property again 👍

From the day our offer was accepted Jamie kept us in the loop with how we were progressing, answered all of our questions and queries in a timely manner and was a really lovely chap to deal with. He is a real asset to the Dereham team and we cannot thank him enough!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleSo far so good! Initially put my property up with another estate agent and that was a big mistake. I switched to Minors and Brady and they immediately got me viewers and an offer. The team have been great so far including Caitlin who's been overseeing communications between the seller and buyer. I'm hoping the sale will nearly be done soon but have been very impressed so far.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe’ve exchanged contracts today! We are now around a week away from our move date. Although the process has been tough over the last 9 months, I can’t praise Chloe Curtis enough for her professional endeavour and to continually keep us updated with information along the way. Chloe is a huge asset to the team and should be recognised for the hard work she puts into all the chasing around in the after sales process. A huge thankyou!! 🤞 our moving day goes to plan! GoogleWe have today completed our sale. Sarah and all staff at Minors and Brady have been superb. I would never use another estate agent in this area. The house was sold before it went online, I was kept informed every step of the way, always polite friendly staff, nothing too much trouble and miles ahead of any other local estate agents! Thank you so muchPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Caitlin Cannell has been brilliant and kept us up to date from the viewings to the sales progression. We have now been passed over to after sales and will miss her regular calls and email updates. Thanks to the whole team - would highly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe have been looking at properties for a few months now in the Lowestoft area and have had dealings with most of the local estate agents. Minors and Brady have stood out for us. We have luckily found exactly the property we had been searching for and this is in part is all down to Tamsin who has been amazing. She has taken the time to develop a relationship with us and got to know what it is we wanted rather than directing us to properties that just were not suitable. Thankyou Tamsin you are a huge asset to the Minors and Brady team!
