GoogleMinors and Brady have just completed the sale of my late fathers home in Lowestoft. From start to finish the communication has been excellent and from the initial meeting to discuss marketing the property and price to the completion has been seamless and timely. Lauren Newby was my main point of contact and she was very informative, knowledgable and went above and beyond to keep me informed and most of all stress free....Thank you Lauren.

GoogleMy partner and I just purchased our first home through this branch. Rosie Turley did a great job at navigating us through uncertain meanders of the housing market. Doing everything to gather all the information we needed and being a great support when other areas of the process left us in the dark.

GoogleThe whole Minors & Brady experience from initial valuation to photographs and finally sourcing a buyer has been 5 star. Their relationship manager Rosie has been always very helpful, exceeding expectations and easy to contact when required, managing us smoothly to exchange. Kris, Connor & the supporting team at their Unthank branch could not have done more to help us with our property sale.

GoogleRosie has been an absolute brick in getting our purchase over the line. Every step of the way there have been issues and Rosie has been instrumental in helping resolve them. Without her professionalism and understanding I dont think we would be completing tomorrow. Thank you Rosie and the rest of the team at Minors and Brady from a maybe suggestion to us by Abi to now moving in has been a roll a coaster experience made all the more satisfying in the end through Rosies hard work and endeavour.. Thank You.

GoogleI have recently appointed their services on a multi agency basis due to the excellent service and advice l have received from Kris Pearce who is actually acting on behalf of my vendors. He has taken on board all of my personal situation with an aborted sale of my property and has given his valuable time to help explain matters to me and to resell my house. Additionally he is endeavouring to secure a property which l am in love with, he did not have to do this, l am so extremely grateful to him and have every confidence he will sell and secure my dream home.

GoogleMy purchase was handled with real care by Rosie who has gone above and beyond to ensure the sale went as smoothly as possible. It was not a straightforward journey due to many awkward solicitors enquiries. However, Rosie and all the staff really went out of their way for both the sellers and myself as the buyer to get things across the finish line. I can't thank them enough!

Chloe definitely helped me move to completion quickly and stayed in touch consistently to signpost where everything was at and what was going to happen next. An excellent experience all round, would recommend

GoogleMinors and Brady were excellent, they arranged a quick viewing for me and my partner once we had seen a house we were interested in. Rosie dealt with our property purchase and was really helpful, chasing solicitors when required! and advising us on the house purchase process at times which was really helpful as we were first time buyers. Id definitely recommend Minor and Brady if you are looking for a property.

GoogleLauren from Minors and Brady was absolutely amazing! From start to finish she was super supportive providing us with updates and chasing things up. You can tell she really had our best interests at heart and went above and beyond to try and make our experience as stress free as possible! I cannot thank her or any of the team enough for all the work they’ve done for us.

GoogleRosie Rosie Rosie. We were having issues with our chain and some outstanding enquires. I contacted Rosie who was dealing with the bottom of the chain, so not even my agent, and she went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. Kept me in the loop, gave me constant updates and treated me with respect throughout. In moments of stress she really put our minds at ease, which is something the agent I was paying didn't do. Even on exchanging day Rosie went out of her way to chase the chain and keep everyone informed, even offering advice on how to get things moving along... again not my agent! If I were selling or buying a house again, I would definitely come through Minors & Brady and would request Rosie deals with my house. Excellent service by Rosie, Thanks again.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleVery happy with Minors & Brady, the sales team are very friendly and genuine. The listing was great with excellent photos and Rosie in after sales has been an absolute godsend in helping with solicitors and the upper/lower chains, whatever they're paying her it's not enough for the work she puts in!

GoogleExtra special thanks to Rosie Turley in the Norwich branch for all of your help & support! We had a great experience with Minors & Brady, who sold our house very quickly and secured an offer above our asking price. We initially chose Minors & Brady as the agent (Daryl Long) who came to do the market appraisal was very knowledgeable and gave really good, clear information about the property, local area and rationale for the proposed asking price. This gave us reassurance that our sale would be in good hands. The property was listed very quickly with viewings arranged even prior to the listing going live. The whole process was very smooth, all of the team are very friendly and responsive and kept us updated at each step of the process.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Minors and Brady. And after our offer had been accepted, Rosie in the after sales team was very helpful. I would like to thank her for all of her help in the after sales section of our purchase as she continued her help right up until completion.
