GoogleSales team were brilliant with marketing. Problems started with After Sales. First sale, after 4 months and a week before completion we were advised buyer at bottom of chain hadn’t actually applied for their mortgage. Second sale, after 5 months waiting for completion, we were advised buyer at bottom of the chain wanted to buy the freehold at completion and wouldn’t exchange without having the paperwork, & vendor in middle has taken property off the market for health reasons. Now told we have to give them 3 weeks notice to cancel Agreement. Life has been on hold for nearly 12 months and surrounded by boxes 😢

GoogleThe housing market is crazy right now and we have viewed many properties without much luck until Mia showed us a property. At this stage we were despondent to say the least! Mia acknowledged and responded to our feeling and made us feel welcome and positive and gave invaluable advice to help in the process. I have nothing but great things to say about Mia (give her a pay rise)and minors and Brady! There has always been a speedy response and great customer service here. GoogleWe are in process of selling our property with Minors and Brady Estate Agents. I can honestly say that Minors and Brady are the best estate agents in Great Yarmouth and the surrounding area. We received an offer just 1 day after putting the property on the market. Mia Staff ,the lady which was doing the most of the viewings was totally amazing. We haven't seen an estate agent like her before, she was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We believe that we managed to achieve such a quick sale thanks to Mia who manage to create real buzz and excitement during the viewings. Also one of the other estate agents Jack who came to value the property was exceptional , he really took the time to explain everything and to create solid strategy so we could sale quickly. The brochure was prepared perfectly, Despina and the photographer prepared brilliant brochure and photos were really the best. Mia has been star very friendly and helpful with finding us property’s and sorting all our bookings .We were met by Maddy at the property’s we have viewed who was lovely and put us at ease. Maddy was well informed and gave us the time we needed to inquire . And even went out her way to take us to another property down the road that we was interested inn Still looking for a property with them and hopefully find one soon Overall a very good viewing and will most certainly work with them again as well as recommending them to friends and family
