I viewed a property with them. I was interested in buying, but needed some specific information before making an offer. They did not have it at hand, and would email it over to me. They didn’t. I chased them 4 times over the next two weeks, through email and phone calls, and they just told me they will send it, but never did, without that information I was not willing to make an offer so moved on. During that time the seller reduced the price. If you are selling - avoid them, from my experience they do not do the simplest of tasks to help you get a sale for the best price.

I could not be happier with the service I had been provided by Minors and Brady. Sam Burton from Lettings met with me on a Friday to value and have photos taken of my property. A previous agent struggled with finding tenants. By the Monday Sam had successfully arranged multiple viewings and secured a tenant by the evening of Monday. Within 3 days Sam achieved what another agent failed to do in weeks. Professional, helpful and reassuring experience. I couldn’t be happier and would 100% recommend Sam and Minors and Brady.

We recently sold our house in Blofield with Minors & Brady and we were very impressed from start to finish. Communication was excellent from the moment of first contact. The agents were polite, professional and reliable. We were very happy with the professional photos that they took, they were noticeably better than other listings. The photographer was thorough and wanted to showcase the property as best he could. Our house sold in approximately 3 weeks and the after sales team were incredibly helpful with chasing up the solicitors and giving updates. I would recommend and would choose to use them again.

Totally incompetent. Had a letter saying my property was worth more than it was in the market for. Asked them for a valuation The valuer arrived and proceeded to treat us as idiots, down valued the house, and refused to budge on commission. My wife and I have worked in the housing and mortgage market more than 40 years,so we know more than he does. After he left it took over an hour to rid the house of his aftershave aroma. Steer clear of them. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I would have left a zero stars if I could..

What can I say, Ange at M&B truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She kept things moving by applying the right pressure where needed and provided regular updates every step of the way. I genuinely believe the transaction would have taken much longer without her attention to detail and determination to get things done. Thank you, Ange, for all your support with my grandparents’ purchase and sale. We really appreciate how you kept everyone informed and saw everything through to completion.
