We have recently sold our house with Minor's & Brady. I can not recommend them enough. From start to finish they were extremely professional. The photos they took of our house were amazing. Once the house was sold subject to contract, we were moved over to the after sales team. We dealt with Caitlin throughout. Caitlin was really professional and friendly and kept us up to date with the move as much as she could. If i was to move again I would definitely use Minor's & Brady again.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

Having dealt with a number of agents over the years in Suffolk and elsewhere, including France, both buying and selling, I can absolutely say that this company is one of the most professional I have dealt with. In the context of a buyer on this occasion, the after sales team were responsive and professional, in particular Lauren who I had the most communication with. I appreciated being spoken to on an equal level and any queries were taken seriously and given due time and attention. I also need to add viewing experience. Hannah was the viewing agent and she had an approach that was professional but also friendly. Hannah was punctual and well informed on the property being viewed and happy to follow up any queries made - a good viewing experience.

We have successfully found a house we wanted to buy through Minors and Brady, on the way to Completion. This journey has been made possible by their after sales person Chloe Curtis. I don't need to tell any buyer how stressful the process is! Chloe has been so helpful and has on many occasion put our minds at ease. She has guided us through and can't thank her enough. Great service.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Just completed on our first home and could not be happier with the service we received from start to finish with Minors & Brady! The aftersales support from Julia especially was incredibly thorough and she was always on hand to help and assist us with any issues or questions we had. Always really friendly and such a pleasure to deal with - thank you so much for helping us buy our first family home!
