My other half and I have viewed a good handful of properties now, with different estate agent team members each time, but Amber was by far the best person we've had show us around a place. Looking around someone's house can sometimes feel a little awkward, but Amber was incredibly friendly, approachable, and down-to-earth whilst remaining professional. We felt like we could be ourselves whilst looking around and talk opening - we were even able to have a laugh with her! We felt really comfortable at this viewing, which was a nice feeling, and we can honestly say it was all thanks to Amber! Minors & Brady should be very proud to have such a lovely young lady in their team :)

In the process of giving up all hope, Minors and Brady (James to give all the praise to) had really turned around my home hunting experience by providing such a seamless service in helping me relocate. I had literally given up all hope and they provided me with great support and a great property. I had an issue with the sofa being delivered earlier than expected and them threatening to leave if i did not arrive on time, i called James and he stepped in and allowed the sofa to be delivered whilst patiently waiting for me to arrive to the property from another city on my moving day. So happy all is done now! They are super understanding and accommodated to all my needs which is great. Highly recommend using this company if you are looking to move.

We had a bit of a whirlwind trying to sell out house due to a couple of buyers pulling out for their own reasons but Minors and Brady didn’t give up hope, as much as we nearly did! To start with Abi was top notch at communicating with ourselves around viewings, offers and any concerns etc and ultimately sold the house for us. Unfortunately, our overall experience with Minors and Brady wasn't great and definitely felt turbulent at times. When first communicating with them they appeared positive, responsive and helpful; unfortunately as our purchase progressed this was not maintained. The estate agents we dealt with during the viewing/offer stage of our purchase became unreliable to reach and also to hear from. They would guarantee a call back within a certain period of time (we fully understand they are balancing multiple properties/customers); however, we would go hours and sometimes days past the given time frame before hearing from them and would often have to reach out to chase them ourselves. Once our offer was accepted, we moved on to the Sales Progression team. The first progressor we encountered appeared to misinform us on multiple occasions. We were led to believe all other chain parties were ready to complete and felt pressured to do the same (despite the Progressor being aware we were waiting on the completion of necessary paperwork in order for this to be possible); we felt pressured and uncomfortable and then discovered this was not the case and in fact other chain members were also not yet ready. Later in the process once we were ready we were advised contracts for other Buyers/Sellers had been signed; this also turned out to be untrue and had then given us false hope and a misinterpretation of the time scale we may be looking at. We were also discouraged by our first progressor from having direct contact with our seller. However, after such a lack of communication and increase in misinformation we decided that this would be the best option; it allowed us the regular contact and easy access to information that we needed. Chloe was the progressor who took over our sale towards the back end of the process and she was absolutely amazing! Chloe was easy to reach, stayed in contact regularly and gave honest and realistic updates. We really felt that Chloe sympathised with our situation and gave it everything she had to get our completion finalised. Once Chloe took over we had the keys within 3 or so weeks and whilst we know some of this will be due to the process drawing to a close; there were multiple complications towards the end of our purchase and we felt that Chloe did everything in her power to make things work for us and keep us updated on each step along the way. We honestly cannot thank Chloe enough for the work she put in for us over the time she took over our Purchase. She made us feel valued and informed during a very stressful time. She is most definitely an asset to the Minors and Brady team. Our overall experience was poor however our 4 star rating is based on the amazing service we received from her. If we were rating Chloe alone it would have been a straight 5 stars! Unfortunately that's not possible and we can't totally ignore the experience we had in other areas of the business. But again, huge thank you to Chloe we could have come away feeling very differently if it wasn't for you. Absolute star!

Really impressed with Minors and Brady, after having a VERY bad experience with a certain company with oddly coloured bricks we decided to bring on another agent. Was the best decision we made when selling our house, Curtis was our first introduction and he was a very friendly and informative guy who put our concerns at ease. All of the agents who did the viewings were knowledgeable, friendly and organised, if there ever was an issue we would always be informed swiftly. Abi was always at the end of the phone to acknowledge and resolve our concerns, a very different experience to other estate agents. Wonderful estate agents. Could not do enough for me and my husband after a bad experience with another estate agent, Minors and Brady came to our rescue and got our home sold and found us an even better home than one we were previously looking at.
