GoogleJust starting with these guys to sell our home, Caitlin has been brilliant at getting our property on line, really quick and responsive. Jake who came to do our appraisal was professional, friendly and not at all pushy and Brook has been great with communications. Also our photographer (who's name I cannot remember) was very considerate of our home, we didn't feel he was intrusive at all and he has made it look great! GoogleWe have sold our houses through Minors and Brady and due to move into our forever home together on Monday. It will be chaos from that point on 😂 so I wanted to take the time in the calm before the storm to share my positive review of all the team at Caister and especially Chloe who has kept us informed with progress during the after sale period and helped push things forward when we hit obstacles with the chain. All the team are very professional and pro active which is what you need from an estate agent. Both our houses sold within hours of their first viewing and I’m sure was helped along by the way Max managed the day. Thanks Tanya and GaryPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAt the beggining of the buying process, had contact with Rosie Turley, happy with her job, always available to speak, always ready to help. Very disappointed with service provided, since they put us to aftersales team, communication dissappeared. Been dealing with Emma Atkin. Not possible to get in touch by phone or email, as always away from her desk or always on the meetings, on another calls or some other reason, just to not communicate. Incorrect information provided by Emma Atkin to us, so we lost £275 Very bad experience with Minors and Brady.

She didn't have the most straightforward chain to deal with by any means, she did however deal with it professionally and kept the line of communication open with end of the week check ins. GoogleWe didn't know about minors and brady when we put our house on the market. We went with another estate agent who where not great at all. However minors and brady where selling the house we brought. They were fantastic and even though they where not our estate agent they constantly helped us and gave us constant updates on how things were progressing. Our own estate agent didn't do any of this. Should we sell and buy again we will definitely be using Minors and Brady. Brilliant estate agent.
