Been looking to buy my first property for the last 3 months (on and off). Probably 80% of the viewings were with M&B and I couldn’t fault anyone. Hannah Graver was always very nice and of course she is now our favourite as she showed us the house we just purchased !! We are supper happy and excited as expected and hope everything goes alright until the papers are signed.
Hannah was very knowledgeable about the property and very welcoming and easy going. In the office Charlotte has also been super helpful and arranged second viewing super quickly ! Also she was the one that made my heart stop when she said the vendors accepted our offer ahahha !!
Anyway , they have all been superb and helped me to meet Ellen (mortgage advisor) who was extremely professional !! Well done to all the team and thank you again :)

He answered any questions we had and was incredibly helpful throughout the sale. They sold our property within 3 weeks of it going ‘live’ and at a price we where looking for to help us move forward! They are the best agents we have dealt with through selling and finding our next home - (and we have viewed a lot of properties with varied agents!) they are always quick and responsive , managing to get viewings in for us around our busy work life and keeping us informed with regular updates and always so helpful! GoogleWe saw a house that we really liked, we put an offer in, which was declined due to a higher offer. The higher offer then pulled out, and we were told verbatim "If you can offer £255,000, the vendor has said he will accept your offer and take the property off the market" - Well, we offered £255,000, and for 3 days we were fobbed off on the phone, and promised callbacks that never happened. Upon finally speaking to the store manager, we found out that they had actually said the same thing to lots of people to try and start a bidding war, and someone had offered £260,000 which was then accepted. So we were lied to, ignored, and misled, all in the pursuit of the agent making a bit more commission.
