Thank you so much for being so professional and helpful with assisting us in putting our home on the market. Despina has spent so much time and has clearly put so much hard work in presenting our home to the market in such a beautiful way, an absolute credit to the company! Dan was so informative and couldn’t do any more to explain things when he came to see us as it’s been so long since we moved. I would highly recommend Minors and Brady to anyone involved in buying or selling their home. Thank you!

I met Hannah for a house viewing yesterday - she was professional and helpful and able to answer all of my questions about the property and the local area. Unfortunately the house wasn't quite right for me but based on my experience with Hannah yesterday I would definitely deal with Minors and Brady again. Thank you Hannah. Chrissy

She has even taken time out on Friday to come for a second viewing with us as we feel comfortable around her as she has given us very good advice! And we know we can always ask for her help. I seriously recommend hannah to anyone. Thank you hannah for all your work!

You experience a wide range of quality from the agents who show you properties, and Hannah Graver was brilliant. It makes the decision-making process so much easier and having someone with actual knowledge of the property who can answer your questions helped us make our decisions with confidence.

I am writing on behalf of the experience my mother in law had with Minors & Brady very recently. Her house was overvalued by £25,000-£30,000, so her buyers had to magic an extra £20,000 from somewhere. Luckily they managed too but this was not the end of the problems. The aftercare team was beyond incompetent, between being lied to in emails and phone calls to not responding at all. From September when she sold the house, she was told repeatedly that she would have to play catch-up as everyone was ready to move. She was told that they would be exchanging contracts at the start of November, but they didn't because of complications in the chain. The top of the chain buyer was being slow at best, rather than informing the rest of the chain, it was kept under raps. Then my mother in law only found out after Christmas that the first in the chains mortgage agreement had expired and they where waiting for him to get another one before they could exchange contracts. She was told by Minors & Brady that they would be exchanging contracts at the start of November, so she told the property company as such, she was getting a new build. The company was nice enough to hold the property for an additional two months, but this story doesn't have a happy ending. Due to the uncertainty of the whole situation and the severe lack of communication the property company put the house back on the market and sold the property three days after for £10,000 more, which has resulted in my mother in law being £3,000 out of pocket and now backing out the sale, due to her having her heart set on this new build. I would not recommend this company to anyone. P.S I have noticed that all the negative reviews about this company seem to disappear, as I looked a couple of days prior to writing this review.

Absolutely faultless service, Hannah from the office was extremely professional in her approach to viewing, her presentation of our property to prospective buyers was spot on, Kieran from sales again was highly professional & fully achieved what he set out to do within the timescales he said, I can't fault any of their service. A great team effort.

Have really enjoyed dealing with Minors & Brady recently. We see the house advertised and Millie showed us around the house the following day she was very friendly and polite, she even came back a second time to show us around before we put the offer in. Jack, Charlie and Tamzin (I really hope I have there names correct) have all been fantastic and able to keep me updated. Highly recommend Ellen for mortgage advice, she's been nothing short of 5* for advice and getting everything through. Now for a speedy completion! If your thinking of selling/buying I highly recommend Minors and Brady Thankyou again 😊

My partner and I viewed a house recently and met Hannah at the door who was so lovely and welcoming! Hannah gave us a walk through the house and was able to answer any questions and offered to look into any queries we had. Whilst it wasn’t the house for us, we’re grateful for the guidance we received and the friendly face. Thank you!

A big thank you to Rosie in the aftersales team who was a massive help in what was a stressful process, she constantly offered me advise when I needed it and went above and beyond to chase solicitors and try and find out information which was needed to help move things along and to help speed up our process where possible. She was very friendly to work with and we are very grateful for all the help and professionalism she offered Big thank you Rosie x

I thoroughly recommend Chloe Round of the Lowestoft office. She is knowledgeable and civil, eminently conscientious, and does her very best to inform this anxious, older but inexperienced buyer about the properties and procedures required. I certainly feel inspired to order my priorities for future viewings.

We have just viewed a property in Oulton Broad and were hosted by Hannah from the Lowestoft office. Whilst we have decided not to pursue the property, 1the viewing itself went really well. On arrival Hannah introduced herself and immediately put us at ease with her calm and friendly demeanor. We were given more than enough time to take in the various attributes of the property with Hannah providing useful background and insight as and when required. Any questions we had were answered and we left thinking that we had learned all we needed to know about the property to make an informed judgement on our next steps. Thank you.
