GoogleAfter a bad experience with another local estate agent, Minors and Brady Lowestoft achieved more in 5 days than the other estate agent achieved in 5 months. Jack, Charlie, Dan and Despina have been amazing. Our house hit the market Saturday and was sold by the Wednesday. Communication has been amazing, we've been kept updated daily. I highly recommend Minors and Brady for anyone considering or looking to sell a property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleA family member recommended minors and Brady to me, and their service has been brilliant, especially Hannah graver who did most of the viewings for me as I was unable to do so due to work commitments. They have now successfully sold my property, and I would highly recommend them.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleHannah Graver showed us around this flat and was on time and very professional and helpful throughout. Flat appeared to be in good condition but a bit small for what I was looking for but service from Hannah at Minors & Brady was first class.

GoogleMinors and Brady worked on both my sale and purchase back at at the start of the year and i was very impressed on both sides. My house sold within 24hrs of going onto the market - before it even hit right move! I also made my purchase within the same 24hr period too. I've never known a team to work so quickly! The pictures of both properties looked stunning. Nagilla Santos worked on the purchase...we had quite a few stressful situations within the chain and Nagilla had to do a lot of chasing/pressurising/reassuring to keep everything on track and keep all of us happy! I am really thankful for all her help. Highly recommend this team!

GoogleA fantastic estate agency to use, especially for myself and partner as first time buyers. They have been nothing but help! Bradley in the Lowestoft branch has been nothing but attentive and knowledgeable. Still going through the process of purchasing but as previously said, the whole Minors and Brady’s team have been brilliant. Thank you!

GoogleHannah showed us round a property we were interested in and was really helpful. She knew the property really well and had some good ideas for any changes that could be made. Really good compared to some others we've viewed with!

GoogleMinors & Brady are marketing my late mum's house for sale and so far so good. All members of the team have been really responsive keeping me informed and giving prompt and constructive feedback but a big shout out to Despina, Dan and Bradley. Despina went the extra mile to ensure the brochure was as our family wanted and represented mum's home in the best way. Dan showed empathy at the same time as enthusiasm along with great local knowledge, and Bradley has taken some fantastic photos. Very happy so far. 3 months later I can confirm that my mum's house sale has gone through smoothly and that in addition to the members of the team mentioned above I would like to thank Julia Pauluch. Julia took over the aftersales and religiously chased both my solicitors and the buyer's on a weekly basis. She then updated both myself and the buyer on how things were progressing. This attention to detail really made the difference in terms of the flow of communication which otherwise can be scanty and lead to anxiety. Thank you Julia.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
