GoogleLauren was fantastic with aftersales for our purchase. Keeping us posted, every step of the way. Chasing when necessary. She was friendly and easy to deal with. When Lauren was on holiday, i dealt with others in the aftersales team, who were equally helpful. Highly recommend Minors Brady.

GoogleI recently completed a house purchase through Minors and Brady and was very impressed with the service throughout, from the viewing through to completion, and the nice touches they left such as the bottle of wine and the new home key (and trolley coin). We also felt very well looked after by Lauren Newby in aftersales, who was super helpful with keeping all parties informed and chasing up as appropriate to ensure that the process was as smooth as possible. Lauren's help and her bubbly personality definitely went a long way in providing reassurance during the process. Would definitely recommend Minors and Brady!

GoogleRecently sold my property through Minors and Brady, after a very negative experience with a major high street agent. Minors and Brady were really streets ahead. A really positive experience all round. Can’t fault the service. All staff are committed, professional and friendly. Special mention to Lauren Newby who dealt with a huge list of issues in her role as after sales. Also to Connor Robinson for his swift response in listing and marketing the property. Terrific job all round. I thoroughly recommend this company.

GoogleWould like to say a massive thank you to Rosie Turley at Minors and Brady for always being there through our sale and purchase. Such a pleasure to deal with her, always there to answer any queries, constantly chasing solicitors etc, so quick to respond to any questions and just for being very kind and reassuring throughout. Minors and Brady are so lucky to have her!!

GoogleA fantastic service from Rosie at Minors & Brady aftersales, although what appeared a simple transaction there had been many obstacles in the way which Rosie managed both myself and the buyer very well throughout. Thank you, we wouldn't have gotten through the sale without you. I look forward to doing further business with Minors & Brady.

GoogleRosie was absolutely brilliant. We were in a very difficult chain and she went above and beyond to keep us and everyone else updated. You could tell she was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. I would go with Minors and Brady again purely for the fact that Rosie works there!
Hi Rosie, Many thanks for such a lovely review for our very own Rosie! - The M&B Team.

GoogleWe recently sold a property through minors and brady and what should have been a simple transaction took months to complete, as solicitors were so slow. We were fortunate enough to have Rosie fighting our corner, and without her 'dog with a bone' attitude, we would probably still be waiting to complete. She listened to us, she actually answers phone calls and emails (very refreshing in today's world), and kept us incredibly well informed at every step. I cant believe we actually got there in the end but Thankyou Rosie, you are just wonderful and we would highly recommend you . We will use minors and brady in the future.

GoogleOur after sales was handled by Rosie. She is efficient, on the ball, got things moving and kept us updated and informed of what was going on and required from our end. Lovely bubbly personality, a pleasure to speak to her. Felt very confident with Rosie and also the rest of the team who looked after us throughout.

GoogleI have recently bought a 3 acre piece of land advertised by Minors & Brady and cannot express their passion and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked with me and their client to get us both the best deal possible and to make correspondence between both parties both fast and without issues. Even after the purchase they continued to keep in touch and ensured I was happy with the proceedings. Rosie Turley went far beyond her required duty and answered my queries at all times of the day. 10/10

GoogleWe can not speak highly enough of Claire Wilson in the aftersales team. We sold through another Estate Agent and quite frankly are disappointed we didn't choose to sell through Minors & Brady as well as purchase. Claire was incredibly efficient and I truly believe were it not for her our purchase wouldn't have gone through. Cannot recommend them any higher if I tried and if we ever move again, Minors & Brady will be our first port of call!
Dear Lee, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive feedback with us! GoogleA massive thank you to Minors & Brady Wroxham team! We moved into our new home right before Christmas. We experienced both seller and buyer pulled out of the deals. It was absolutely nightmare! Jack and Lee in sales team quickly found us a new buyer with even better offer. The team also found us a new house which was far better than the first one we went for. Julia and Gina assisted us all way through the whole process and got us into the new house before Christmas. Without the team, there is no chance we could have made it this far. We’re so grateful for everything they’ve done! We love our new home! Thank you so much!
Dear Kelly, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive feedback with us! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that you had a great experience with a number of our team members. We find it really rewarding to see that our efforts have made a big difference in the sales/purchasing process. Kind regards, Team M&B.

GoogleWe have just bought our first home through Minors and Brady. I can't fault the help and support we have received from Rosie. She has kept us up to date with developments and has gone above and beyond with helping us through what turned into a more complicated and longer process than anyone anticipated, plus Rosie was always lovely and cheerful to chat to during our many phone calls.

GoogleBig thank you to Minor’s and Brady Norwich store. Joe and Chris were super nice and helpful, Kirsten in marketing was very efficient and friendly. Joe and Jack in sales were very professional. Lauren N in after-sales was lovely, a real people person! Amber who showed the house to the buyers was also excellent - very friendly and professional. The whole experience was great. Highly recommended.

GoogleMinors and Brady have been extremely helpful and proactive in helping us to find our first home. Rosie Turley has been such a vital driving force in assisting us with the purchase of our dream house. She has gone above and beyond her role at every opportunity, I have never heard of an estate agent who has supported so much with the logistics of a sale before. We cannot thank her enough for all she has done. I would highly recommend Minors and Brady, especially Rosie.

GoogleRosie has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has been ruthless in chasing up solicitors throughout the chain and always kept me up to date with progress. I highly recommend Minors and Brady for all aspects. I bought my property through them just over a year ago and have just sold with them too as they were all a pleasure to work with.
Hi Ashleigh, It's great to hear Rosie has been a great help to you, alongside the rest of the team when buying and selling this time round! - The Minors & Brady Team

GoogleRosie has been incredibly helpful throughout the process of our house purchase - it hasn't been a quick or simple process and she has been key to getting it over the line and to keeping us informed, maintaining constant communication throughout with all parties involved. We would absolutely use Rosie again, she is friendly and enthusiastic and an asset to the team at Minors and Brady.

GoogleRosie has been an absolute superstar throughout the entire process of my property purchase. As soon as my offer was accepted Rosie has provided a clear and open line of communication between myself and minors & Brady but also the seller. This has meant that what can be a very overwhelming process (being my first purchase) has been a pleasant and relatively stress free one. I will be using minors and Brady again in the future!
