GoogleI'm very pleased with the professional and efficient service I received from Minors and Brady, from the excellent sales team to the highly competent and efficient Nagilla in the after sales department who helped me a great deal with her knowledgeable approach and pleasant demeanor. I would recommend Minors and Brady.

GoogleI would definitely NOT recommend Minors and Brady. We sold our property recently and have to say it was despite of M&B and certainly not because of them. We lead our own viewing we did our own negotiation and our own after sales!!...we recieved absolutely NO service from them just a VERY large bill!!! we used Stobart & Hurrell to sell a property last year, they were very professional very proactive & less commission so I will be going there next time.

GoogleGreat working with Rosie and team on our purchase of a property in Trowse. Rosie was effective in moving the sale along quickly, which was tricky at times due to a range of small hurdles that needed to be overcome. All in all a good service.

GoogleRosie is a star...and her and the whole team, at Norwich, Kris, Joe Jack and Hugo, all deserve 5 of them!!. I had a really difficult time and they were so professional and excellent communicators at all times, I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone if you need a first class service.

GoogleMinors and Brady have been exception, from the moment I contacted them to the moment of completion today. The customer support I have received has been outstanding. As a first time seller they really went above and beyond to navigate a very difficult sale, due to issues constantly being presented by the solicitors. Lauren Newby, in aftersales, was incredibly at dealing with everything thrown at us, remaining professional and highly committed throughout a crazy 5month negotiation. She was an absolute delight to deal with, always available, always positive, and supportive to the end. Lauren showed genuine care and commitment to getting the sale completed. I couldn’t have asked for more from the amazing team who dealt with my sale. Thank you!!! Thanks to Joe, Lee, Abi, Connie, and Kirsten who were involved at the start.

GoogleAmber has been such a delight to view houses with, she has helped my partner and I to discover the best areas in Norwich and has helped us no end to decide what we really want in a property. We are first time buyers so this has taken the pressure off immensely and made the process enjoyable rather than stressful! Would thoroughly recommend Amber for any potential buyers looking to move around/to Norwich ☺️

GoogleThis agent were the agent of my sellers. But they were excellent at keeping the chain moving and making sure everyone was talking to who they should be talking to. Rosie in the Norwich office was our contact and she was great. I can certainly recommend and will use them myself in future.
