GoogleI am currently in the process of selling my property with minors and Brady caister branch, the communication throughout getting my property on the market has been great and also I have viewed properties recently as looking to purchase too, the professionalism from the office from Connor and Mia , and viewings with Maddy and James is outstanding , very good services from all mentioned

GoogleAwful service. No communication whatsoever. Gave notice to end my contract and their response was to try and persuade me to drop the price of my property by 50k. Be careful who you instruct to sell your property. They only want their commission at any price to yourself.

GoogleM&B reduced my fee when I established that they had charged similar properties 1% + VAT. This left a bitter taste somewhat, in spite of the sale. Great people though - Mia, Claire and Emma all polite and very helpful.

GoogleI would not recommend Minors & Brady Caister and would certainly not use them again, we received very poor customer service from them when selling our property. We used Stobart & Hurrell last year to sell a property, which was a far more professional & productive experience, I would use them instead.
