We found the whole experience less stressful than we had imagined as we were kept up to date with viewing /offers in a quick manner - we couldn’t believe we sold our house in 5 days! GoogleClaire Wilson has been simply superb since taking over on the sale of a property. No need to have chased once, exactly what you need at the latter end of the sale/purchase process. Claire provided me with weekly updates and knew the answers to any questions I then raised. Recommend M&B to all and will continue to do so

GoogleWe had a long wait for our move to all come together and Claire at the Wroxham branch was integral to that progress. She would call us weekly to update on progress, even if there was no progress! In the last few weeks as we neared exchange, Claire was finding out progress at each part of the chain on a daily basis and chasing when things needed to be chased. We had an important deadline to reach and I do believe that if it wasn’t for Claire, we might not have managed it, but we did! I would highly recommend Minors and Brady if you wish to sell your house with a big shout out to Claire! Thanks!

GoogleMy husband and I recently sold our home in Blofield and relocated our family to London. Like many others, we had three valuations before listing our property for sale. Joe valued our property and was very thorough; he was well presented, knowledgeable about the local market and we felt confident in his comprehensive appraisal. Whilst offering a very competitive rate, Minors were not the cheapest quote we received, but you get what you pay for and we opted to go with them over another local competitor. Joe was very helpful with getting the property ready to list. I can be quite fussy (who wouldn't be when selling their home?) and this was never a problem, Joe listened to all of my ideas and also gave constructive feedback in how to dress and stage the property - he suggested a few inexpensive tweaks which made all the difference when the photos were taken. It is perhaps worth mentioning that Joe then visited once more with the photographer, offering guidance to ensure the images produced were aligned to our vision in creating a quality set of particulars and sales brochure, really capturing areas we wanted to showcase. Once listed, Lee managed our sale. Lee was always available at the other end of the phone, always honest (I am straight talking and would far prefer the polite truth rather than fluffy sales waffle) and easy to communicate and work with. He has a decent sense of humour too, which helps keeps the mood light in stressful situations (selling your home is up there with the top stresses, right?). In the interest of a fair review, I will be honest and say that we had a few initial teething problems with marketing our property, but Lee was great to deal with and helped us to resolve the issues we had without any kind of awkward feeling. For me, seeing how someone handles things that aren't going so great is just as important as praising the parts which are plain sailing - and I found Lee to be very professional and fair. With his support, we successfully sold our property for the asking price. A quick shout out to Connie - I did most of the viewings myself since I work from home, but Connie came over to host a few for us. Connie was great, super friendly, made viewers feel at ease, always came across very well and we were comfortable with her in our home. Minors have a great team - Joe, Lee and Connie were all great to deal with. Though I have to say, the absolute star of the show for me was Claire Wilson who managed the after sales process for us. I don't know where to start in singing Claire's praises! Selling a property /moving home is SERIOUSLY stressful, and especially when relocating 150 miles away, but Claire was always as cool as a cucumber, incredibly organised, never dropped the ball. Claire kept us well informed at every stage of the process, I never needed to prompt her, she was always one step ahead. Don't quote me on this, but I think she has something like 20 years' experience, and it shows! She is an absolute asset to Minors and Brady and both myself and my husband were incredibly grateful for the consistent high standard of service she delivered. I would recommend Minors & Brady to others considering a move - and you've guessed it - I am going to mention Claire again here.... Claire's 5* support alone was worth every penny we paid; it also reaffirmed our decision to pay that little extra compared to another agent (who was willing to shave off another 0.25%) was the right one... sometimes it's just not worth chasing that bottom price, you have to weigh it up against your own time and stress and the cost of your sale falling through. Without doubt, Claire's dedication to delivering a first class service kept my stress levels at bay and contributed enormously to our sale progressing to completion without any major hiccups. Big thanks to everyone at Minors and Brady.

GoogleI've had a really good service from Gina in aftersales and all of Minors and Brady while selling my property with them. Despite some delays with my own solicitor, Gina had kept involved and helping to chase up, as well as keeping me updated. Fees were very competitive I would recommend, and would like to use them again when selling in future myself!

Gina in after sales was brilliant. So polite and friendly which made her incredibly approachable, nothing was too much bother; she was always at the end of an email or phone for help and advise or calm my worries. As a first time buyer, it was quite a nervous process, but it was nice knowing I had someone who would keep me informed and answer any questions. I’d also like to mention Abi and Karol who I spoke to when I was viewing the property and putting in the offer. They were also both friendly and helpful.

GoogleMinors and Brady have been so helpful through our recent house sale and purchase. There ended up being a lot of complications in the chain, which was no fault of Minors and Brady. Their staff were brilliant in helping us through it all. In particular, Nagilla was fantastic, she worked tirelessly to make sure everything was sorted and really helped to ease what was a fairly stressful situation. I'm incredibly grateful for her hard work and would recommend Minors and Brady to anyone.

She has been chasing all the relevant parties from the start and has allowed for us to move forward in such good time. Any little hiccup was quickly resolved and has left my partner and I feeling very calm and confident. I can safely say out of all the solicitors, mortgage brokers and estate agents involved in my chain purchase, Claire has been the most helpful and has made the process least stressful it can be. GoogleThe team at Minors & Brady have made the process of selling a house unbelievably stress free. From valuation to marketing, negotiating the sale and the after sales care, they have been excellent. The valuation process was easy, the agent Jack was professional and friendly and immediately I felt a sense of trust and confidence with the company. The marketing of my home, in particular the photographs were outstanding, it’s clear when looking at other agents sales particulars that Minors & Brady have the edge and know just how to sell a lifestyle, which is what buyers need to see. At the open day, through the agent, Olly’s, excellent negotiation skills and warmth of character he was able to secure several offers on the property. What I have been most impressed with is the after sales care. Being allocated one agent; Lauren, to personally look after the process, I received regular updates by phone and email and whenever I made contact with a query, I always received a call back from Lauren within the hour if she was unavailable. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. We had many conversations throughout the process and throughout she was so friendly, knowledgable, empathetic and encouraging - a real credit to the company! Without Lauren’s continuous support, I would have been stressed and confused about what was happening or what to do next. I can’t thank you all enough!
