GoogleMinors and Brady, Wroxham were excellent when buying my house through them - Cassandra Creek went out of her way to help when things took a turn for the worse - my buyer suddenly decided to reduce his offer dramatically very late in the process, but Cass managed to go down the chain and renegotiate the price of the property I was buying, which was time consuming and took a lot of work on her part. The sale wouldn't have gone through without her, I would highly recommend her and Minors and Brady.

GoogleI really wanted to share an extremely positive experience with Minors & Brady... My sale took considerably longer than expected but thankfully Gina Page in their aftersales team was on call. Fantastic empathy shown by Gina and sincere approach in everything she does. I received constant updates throughout the process and prompt replies to emails. Nothing was too much trouble, however impatient and sometimes frustrated I became!
Gina would chase everything up and come back to me with an update. Important this level of service is recognised by the team their, as she deserves special recognition for a job well done. Rare to come across this level of service once the sale has been made but I am thankful and would recommend Minors & Brady and in particular the aftercare they provide. Thank you Gina... I will miss the updates! Best wishes in your career, keep doing what you are doing and you will be a success I am sure.
