GoogleI have had a long and at times problematic sale at first with probate taking ages and purchases falling through. Then Minors and Brady came on board and put together a superb marketing plan which had my property sold in a month and for my ideal asking price. The Dereham team did a great job.I would like mention Caitlin Cannel from aftersale s in particular. She has been outstanding and worked tirelessly to keep things moving. She had a very professional but friendly and helpful approach and is very quick to respond.Gives good advice and helped with recommending other moving services. 5 STARS ALL ROUND. Many thanks to Daniel Emery also every one else involved.I now exchanging contracts at last with M & B handing my onward property also. .Highly recommended.

GoogleWe were buying a,place through Minors and Brady, the help and assistance we received from Caitlin on the after sales team was tremendous.
Her communication and updates from chasing up the solicitors and passing on the information to us was second to none.

GoogleThroughout a very difficult purchase, we found Jasmine Flit in the after sales office to be a great help. Whenever I called or emailed she responded straight away, and made me feel as though she was doing her absolute best to make the chain work. When things were coming down to the wire, Jasmine kept me up to date with courtesy calls almost daily. She was always cheery even in the face of adversity and believe me there was a lot of that, yet she kept her cool and got the job done………thanks Jasmine!

GoogleMet George from the Lowestoft office, he was spot on time, well presented and had all the details relating to the property to hand. Good local knowledge and listened to our requirements. We all concluded this property was not for us, but George made notes on our requirements and is looking to follow up our meeting with new opportunities asap when they come to market. I have every confidence he will find us our dream home. Sue and Martyn Price (Devon)

GoogleMinors & Brady have been absolutely superb throughout the entire process of selling my Mum's house.
Initially worked with Dan to get the property on the market & listed with the drone shots, it sold within a couple of days, Dan even arranged the completion of all the paperwork for Mum including getting it delivered back to the conveyancers which was greatly appreciated.
After-sales moved to Jasmine who without doubt was absolutely amazing - Jasmine stepped way over, above & beyond to ensure the sales process completed given the both the assigned conveyancing as well as solicitors teams were absolutely inept.
Jasmine's attention to detail, her relentless pursuit within the process & sheer determination were the only reason that this whole process completed successfully, she ran rings around anyone else that we had to deal with - her communications skills were brilliant, often responding way out of business hours to ensure that we were constantly kept up to date.
Both Jasmine & Dan are a complete asset to Minors & Brady, a huge thank you to you both for an amazing job extremely well done !
