Just exchanged on a house I found through M&B, originally shown around by Sam, then subsequently by Sophie (a newer agent), and mainly looked after by Rosie. Today I met the lovely representative from Minors and Brady Sophie Wright. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sophie for 2 viewings. How great is to deal with an Estate agent representative who was knowledgeable about the properties I viewed and I finally have found the house of my dreams. So here's to having my offer accepted. Ruby did the accompanied viewing for us on a property we are interested in. She was fantastic! Polite, engaging, interested in why we are looking at the particular area, also what type of property we need. She answered any questions we had and also interacted well with us and also the vendors. Ruby was professional but also made us feel at ease and she had a good rapport with the property owners. I would like to highly commend her to the managers of Lowestoft Minors&Brady Estate Agents and wish her well in her work with them. Minors & Brady at the Wroxham office have been amazing during my time with them. Samuel who was supporting me throughout the letting process was extremely helpful and couldn’t be anymore understanding. It was a stressful time for me but he was always reassuring and genuine.
